L.A is a burger town first and foremost, no other city has as many burger joints that are good. As someone that serviced restaurants all around the L.A area, there's too many burger spots to name that are good. Tommy's, InNout, Fat burger, Carl's Jr, McDonald's, Fosters Freeze all chains that originated there.

Luckily I have great food in my state, but I don’t have smash burgers *THAT* good looking and apparently tasty among many other specific cravings that LA has to offer. No wonder so many amazing restaurants start there. If I’m ever in the neighboring states like I am more often, I may make a road trip for that and book it back across the border. I’ve been to California once because residents say it’s not as bad as portrayed, but it’s even worse, I’ve never felt that unsafe before.
