Daedric Helmet- 66 armor, 15 weight Dragon Helmet- 62 armor, 8 weight Daedric Armor- 138 armor, 50 weight Dragon Armor- 130 armor, 40 weight Daedric boots- 52 armor, 10 weight Dragon bbots- 48 armor, 8 weight Daedric armor is slightly better, and slightly heavier. However, if your smithing is high enough to make either, your heavy armor is probably also high enough to get the conditioning perk which makes heavy armor weightless so it wont slow you down. So the weight wouldnt matter anyway.
Omg. Get to level 90 smithing, once you so, everything you need can be found in 10 minutes. Gloom bound mine, and whiterun hold everything you need, even the hearts.
Mehrunes Razor (the dagger he was talking about) has a 1.98% chance to instantly kill the target. This enchantment works on all but 2 enemies which are karstaag and another one I can't remember
There are exactly 42 ebony ores in gloombound mine and 2 more on a table outside. That gives you 22 ebony ingots when you smelt them and 2 more ingot son a table inside the mine.
Yes, the Gloombound Mine that he starts talking about around 6:10. You can get enough to make a full armor set and maybe more there. Plus you can buy the ingots from several vendors throughout the world.
You need 100 Smithing and the Dragon Smithing perk to be able to craft it. It's craftable from the bones and scales you collect from dragons you kill (you also need some leather strips and some Ebony ingots for the weapons). Alternatively, it's available as random loot or available for purchase from blacksmiths if your level is high enough.
For all of you guys wondering why the Daedra aren't appearing anymore is because it takes an in-game week for them to appear again at the Shrine of Mehruhnes Dagon. I've accumulated over 50 daedra hearts with that method. Just press the wait button and wait 24 hours 7 times. It's super easy and doesn't cost you a fortune like it would if you bought it from an alchemist.
+James Wilson Why don't you take your last comment and apply it to yourself, as you are not good at trolling. And if you are being serious: why the hell did you even reply to this comment with your original reply? That made no sense whatsoever and had nothing to do with the comment.
I'm happy with what I did, iron dagger trick (took forever patched) until level 80 (ebony armor and upgrades) and I got juggernaut perks, weapons wise I used 5 blacksmith potions at once and smithed a legendary ebony great sword with full barbarian perks and two handed +30% gauntlets... My sword with fire does 153 damage per hit not counting power attacks it's crazy
Also grab the daedra heart on the table in the Hall of the Vigilant. Easy way to deal with the dremora is to FusRoDah them down the stairs. Mehrunes Razor has a 1 in 50 chance of instakill. Not worth it.
Amanda T "It will only be awarded if the Dragonborn chooses to kill Silus Vesuius. Otherwise, a grateful Silus will head safely back to his museum and place the Razor's fragments into a sealed display case which can't be interacted with." (From edlerscrolls wikia com). I can't remember if he gives gold or anything, but definitely you dont' get the razor.
She is his wife she is the jarls stewards daughter, If you would have listened you could have heard her say that she helps him advise the jarl. She also shares his name.
First you need Daedra hearts, easiest way to get these is killing dremora inside the shrine of Mehrunes dagon. You also need ebony items, the easiest way to get these is to kill draugr death-lords. Your also going to need centurion dynamo cores, and Soul gems. Then go to the atronach forge in the midden, and throw any ebony item in with all those other items, and the forge will spawn a daedric item of whatever class equal to the ebony item you put in. p.s, this is an 11 year old talking!
At the Throat of the World at the top of the moutain, you can get the Notched Pickaxe and a Ebony Ore Vein (there is also Malachite and I don't remenber if there is Moonstone ore)
You can buy them from the merchant in the college of winterhold. Also, if you complete Mehrunes Dagon's quest, the shrine of Mehrunes Dagon spawns 4 dremora every few days. If those don't work try going to the Elder Scrolls wiki and searchind Daedra Hearts
Yep, skill increases now based on the value of the item created. However at lower smithing levels iron still gives a somewhat decent amount of experience. You can use it to supplement your leveling especially if money is no object and you can afford to just snap up all the ores and ingots that a merchant is selling. To find a better way however, search for "smithing power leveling after 1.5 patch".
I was just curious about how many daedra hearths you need for each piece, so thank you, now I know I have enough hearths and ebony ingots. Btw, you can get ebony ore on Throat of the World on the very top, and there is also a pickaxe, the Notched Pickaxe I think it was.
This guy: Working hard to obtain all the necessary items and master smithing to be able to make the most powerful armor in game. Meanwhile in Whiterun: Me playing hide and seek with kids and eating Daedra hearts.
To get Ebony ingots just go to the Narzulblur Orc thingy and go to the mine. It's a Ebony mine so just go there and when you have mined all of it just go to Whiterun or something and wait 2-3 days and it should all be there again
If you want 1 Daedric heart fre buy a house in whiterun decorate a alchemy lab at that alchemy lab lays a sack search that sack on daedra heart your welcome
If anyone is watching this video, to get easy ebony ingots, there's a ebony mine that will provide more than enough to make a complete set, it's located in one of the Orcs Strongholds
U can do this at any conj lvl, you can get a sigil stone without doing the quest just search up how to get sigil stone without quest and u can wallbreach inside the college but you will need 1 do not delete box (easy to get) and then u can find the sigil stone in a chest, just search how to get black soul gems u can buy them in dawnstar I think, but I found some in dungeons.
you can find ebony ore at the throat of the world climb to the tip top of the mountain . youll find a notched pick axe and plenty of ebony ore and other rare raw material .
All you need to do to get 90 smithing is join the companions and do the first quest or two they will give you until the blacksmith up at the skyforge will train you in smithing and barter with you then use your whirlwind sprint to get out of Whiterun then loot his chest wait till he's at the grindstone and sell everything to him till he runs out of money when he does ask him to train you in smithing then his money will be restocked and you van keep selling to him when you run out of stuff to sell loot his chest again and keep repeting this process until you have 90 smithing it's recommended that you do this at a lower level so you can keep leveling up and get there faster hope this helped and sorry about the spelling i on my phone
You forgot one. In black reach, when you go to get the Elder Scroll, there should be a small tomb. Inside, there are some other treasures, and one one of the shelves, there is a Daedric heart.
if your lucky you can find them randomly in the sathel's around Skyrim, if your new to the game and don't know wtf a sathel is in the game, it is small brown bags, they are mosly located at: tables, Shelfs, in camps. :)
@Josias Jimenez to get the quest, you need to be at least level 20 , collect Daedric artifacts, and get an invitation to this guy called Silus' museum in Dawn star. Or you can just walk around Dawn star and the people around you will mention Silus' museum. But you MUST be level 20 or higher to activate the quest.
Even if you're not hidden when you try to steal something, you can do this little trick I have discovered. If you click and hold, you pick an item up but it doesn't count as stealing. You can now literally just carry this item in front of you and lift it up. pick it up, and simply walk into a corner or into a a room and shut the door behind you so you are hidden. then drop the item on the floor and steal it :)
To get daedric hearts, you can buy em at the college of winter hold from Enthir, he'll be on the second floor in the hall of attainment and will sell them for 800 coin (I love it when they say 'coin')
You can also get ebony ore at the Throat of the World. I believe there are 3 to 5 veins. Plus there's already a pickaxe up there if you don't have one already.
@Corderio Richards You need to be a level 80 smithing ability to make Ebony and a 90 to make daedric. The blade for the quest is at the dawnstar museum
You have to favorite it. Go to the item you want to favorite, then click A (for xbox) or X (for ps3). Then simply click up on the d-pad then select the item..
wait till the mail man comes up to you and gives you a pamphlet. in the pamphlet it says a museum is opening in dawnstar. when you walk up to the museum the people will be fighting and you will begin the quest.
Did you know if you "attack" ore veins like normal it's faster to mine them? No need to interact and watch your character mine for eternity. Just swing at it and it works!
Enthir, second floor of college of winterhold has Daedra hearts every two days Gloombound makes about 20-30 ebony ore every 15-30 days, and you have to wait in another city
I'd like to point out for you guys wondering how to get more ebony ingots for free: the shrine that you go to for pieces of the past is where you get daedra hearts, sure. but inside, the ebony ingots and anything else that you took respawn weekly (skyrim weekly) as well. so, every week you will get 4 free daedra hearts and around 5 ebony ingots. the mine he showed you can get about 44 ebony ore from. also, in the hall of the daedra hunters (forgot the exact name) they have a deadra heart
just use atronach forge in college of winterhold, more simple, it requires ebony weapon or armor, black soul gem, dwarven centurion cyro, and a daedra heart the ingredients seems hard to found (especially if you're in low level), but if you're an adventurer type like me, you can get all of it
Or u could just get ur conjuring at lvl 90 go to the college of winter talk to finious gester (when ur lvl 90 conjur) say "is there anything else about conjuring" he will then give u an unbound dramora spell then u go to the place he tells u to spawn the dremora kill it 3 time till he submits get the "sigil stone" from him then u can got to the daedric forge under the midden (@ the college of winterhold) get daedra hearts ebony ingots lots of flawless Ruby's and u ca create daedric armor and weapons
Also another way to get daedra hearts is going to some alchemy shops.. i found one for sale in Whiterun, also the blacksmith at the entrance sells them from time to time
About Enthir. If you're a part of the Thieves Guild then he should still sell to you (never knew about him not selling to you if you're the Archmage but I was always a thief as well).
The best way to get daedra hearts go to dawnstar talk to the dark elf at the inn and he takes you on a quest and then ull eventually find some during the quest
Its because you reached perk limit. Start a new game with a new character or search pieces of armor during your adventures in dungeon(its more funny than just create armor).
I just came here to say I fucking love Skyrim. I stopped playing it for a while, because I am a Competitive Cod player as well. However, I got bored with Cod and came back to my true love, and now I just cant get enough of Skyrim AGAIN.
To get the quest you will be invited to a daedric museum in a house(i dont what level) but then talk to him and he'll go on about stuff then a quest will appear then follow what the quest says to do. :)
you must go to dawnstar first when you go there talk to silus he will be outside next to his shop he will want you to talk to him if you talk to him he will give you a quest you must gather all the parts then you go to the shrine with him then you will know what to do later :P
Pro tip: if you want to steal stuff but it's crowded. Just drag the item to an empty place, drop it and steal it :)
lol its great! the AI don't register that you're stealing if u just bring stuff around. this is by far the best way to steal objects lying around in public.
Grey Fox do that in fallout all the time
I don't understand the suggestion, how you can drag the item without stealing it?
hold E on it and move your mouse
I do this
Adrianne isn't the blacksmiths daughter, she's his wife, the steward in Dragonsreach is her father.
I'm confused, she says she helps her father but when i broke into their house at night they where sleeping in the same bed
ifugi the guy in the blacksmith is adrianne’s husband and proventus the steward of jarl bulgruf is her father
if you want the begin the quest "pieces of the past", you must talk to the owner of a museum in dawnstar.
And must be level 20 before u can get it
Thank you so much
You are the best
thanks!

You can also complete the daedric quest that there name starts with an a and you can get 5 deadra heats
beginning of video u said its best armor while u easily KILL 3 of them with the armor
Also another way to get daedra hearts is going to some alchemy shops.. i found one for sale in Whiterun, also the blacksmith at the entrance sells them from time to time
GravityZero Aren't you the person that hated Julius so much you called him autistic?
Adtonitus Yes
About Enthir. If you're a part of the Thieves Guild then he should still sell to you (never knew about him not selling to you if you're the Archmage but I was always a thief as well).
Do they die if you pickpocket their heart?
The best way to get daedra hearts go to dawnstar talk to the dark elf at the inn and he takes you on a quest and then ull eventually find some during the quest
Its because you reached perk limit. Start a new game with a new character or search pieces of armor during your adventures in dungeon(its more funny than just create armor).
I just came here to say I fucking love Skyrim. I stopped playing it for a while, because I am a Competitive Cod player as well. However, I got bored with Cod and came back to my true love, and now I just cant get enough of Skyrim AGAIN.
4:35 I am an Archmage as I'm playing the Mage quest and Enthir sells the Daedric Hearts normally :) :)
Man, can't wait to play this game again
The dagger is dope I use it when killing dragons
To get the quest you will be invited to a daedric museum in a house(i dont what level) but then talk to him and he'll go on about stuff then a quest will appear then follow what the quest says to do. :)
you must go to dawnstar first when you go there talk to silus he will be outside next to his shop he will want you to talk to him if you talk to him he will give you a quest you must gather all the parts then you go to the shrine with him then you will know what to do later :P
dragonplate armor has the best armor rating, you can make it once you have the perk, and requires ebony ingots bragonbones and dragon scales
I found a daedra heart where the arcane enchanter and alchemy lab is in a display case towards the front of Castle Volkihar in the Dawnguard DLC.
