    It is a good point, the researcher interviewed Samuel Harvey comments at 3:48 seem to indicate that it was more about the act of doing exercise than the intensity - but that they are doing further research to better understand what it is about the exercise that helps prevent depression.

    the intensity of exercise had no impact on depression? i believe it is wrong to say that.
    surely the study would show no correlation because what people find intensive varies. For example, someone not psychially fit may find a short walk to be gruelling and is enough for them to feel better.
