I've had to and have been watching my wallet so I've been watching the Iowa Barnstormers and the IFL on TH-cam. When I go to the Barnstorm games (Iowa's Original and TRUE indoor/arena team. Shots fired) gotta have them close seats. The closer the better. Which makes things more fun and a better chance to get a ball. I may get a soda and $10 for parking. Which totals to a rough guesstimate of $80 for the evening. So therefore, no River City Kings, No Woo, no Rampage and No Rage when then get up and running.
The Harrisburg Stampede have been around for a while even though they did fold for several years. They're fan base is very good as well. there is several sport teams in the Harrisburg area
I believe you mentioned that the AIF would not last. If they merged with the NAL it would make a strong league with as many teams as the AFL has and the IFL has.
Agreed. If they go to the negotiating table with a strong record: zero forfeited games, decent facilities and safety record, front office and ownership that has been consistant. It was good to see Commissioner Tyron of the IFL talking about how they have been able to vet candidates. I always thought that the NAL would give a franchise to anyone who could cover the initial franchise fee and then hope for the best.
I like to follow The Arena League as a whole so I don't know how well off or not each team is. But that doesn't worry me. Not much you can do besides get your management team set up. That one or two tryouts can wait till December and January. But I do know that the Woo for some reason are under new management and are called Iowa Woo. For branding.
I'm not nosey or go digging let alone an insider, so I don't know who owns what. So I found it interesting when I saw the CR River Kings to make a come back. My educated guess is that the franchise is under new management. What I vaguely remember at this point is that the CRRK's owner owned two other teams. West coast I want to say. C-19 comes along and the owner's casino (or two. can't remember) had to shut down. So, he wasn't making that much money anymore and had to shut down shop on two of the teams. CR was one of them. And I can only educated guess he never looked back on the CR teams.
Let's go sharks!
Thank for makng this video.
The IFL, NAL, AFL, AIF, AL. So much Arena Football to watch 2024. Albany NY and Massachusetts are my teams since I live in Connecticut.

The arena league is very disappointing. Been looking every day they have nothing going on.
