So I just set my machine up tonight without Bluetooth and without Wifi so for those tech challenged or just plain think they don't want to do this step, you don't have to. Just plug it in, rinse the water container and fill it up... tap the button 3 times quickly and let it clean. Done. Regardless I just had my first Star Bucks Caffe' Verona and I bought a separate milk frother (Cheap One) and enjoyed an amazing dark roast ala' frothy Half and Half creme! Wow... perfection! I bought my unit at Canadian Tire here in Canada... zero problems awesome!
I love my new Vertuo Pop! No issues setting up; watched video, user friendly App, in-store associate was very helpful and showed me how to open, close and secure the lid properly to ensure not to cause any issues with locking and unlocking the Pop Top. I’ve been using the original “pixie” which I loved, but used more capsules in order to make a larger serving, so I switched to the Vertuo Pop (smaller footprint) vs Original taller Vertuo machine.
I can’t set the connectivity up- and I haven’t been able to get tech support. I’m glad to know that you can use use it without Wifi and Bluetooth. Warranty is for 2 years.
Am I able to use the app to start making coffee? For example if I’m in bed and want to prepare a cup am I able to with the app if I already have water inside and a capsule?

When I push the button three times, the machine makes a roaring noise, the power light flashes white then briefly red, then nothing happens. Please help!! I’d hate to return it if it’s something simple to rectify.

Clearly, I pushed outside of that.🤷🏽♀️ My coffee machine is working as advertised, so far. My BIG complaint is the splashing during the drip process. Too bad Nespresso coffee machines do not come with a vertical three-side splash guard. That would be awesome!
We recommend using filtered water. We also recommend running a cleaning cycle weekly and descaling with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules to keep your machine in peak operating condition and coffee tasting best. Descaling Solution and instructions are available on our website.
Hello, I’ve bought mine 2 weeks ago and I’m running through 7.7oz pods. No matter what I’ve done all the suggested it only pours out maybe an oz. I don’t understand.. if I click the button and click again to top it off it tastes super burnt. I thought the machine is suppose to detect the pour size but mine isn’t. Please advise. Thank you

Unfortunately my vertuo pop + needed to be returned. It leaked on bottom of espresso machine ...I returned it but didn't get full refund for it. My daughter bought if for me for my birthday . So I was sad thst I had this issue also . My daughter had to pay an extra 30.00 for this and she should not have had to do this....being in retail this should have been made right and had an even exchange on this vertuo pop + since this was no fault of mine for the leaking issues .coffee all over my countertop and stained into the counter because of leakage ...maybe get the next vertuo so you dont have these issues???
Just tried mine- my only complaint - the water streams sideways and it’s really tough to lock the machine- not good for people with arthritis in their hands

if u would have known more and done some research i wouldn’t have bought this. it’s confusing and i don’t understand why i have to download an app to use it and wi-fi and bkuetoooth. Also can you only purchase these “capsules “ online? how inconvenient. i tried to use it twice and waisted two already because hardly any coffee came out. trying to figure out what i did wrong it’s getting a bit annoying.

I just got mine and it's working beautifully, plus the warranty covers two years wherein they will repair or replace the machine at no charge so that seems a bit far fetched to me. I'm pretty tired of people putting biased opinion based info like this out there to the public disguised as fact. Unless you don't have the warranty for some reason - either way, a larger purchase such as this one should always get a warranty for. It usually pays for itself within a few months and in my case it just automatically came included with the machine. I'm in Canada so perhaps it's different where you are 🤷♀️

The cleaning cycle doesn't use all the water in the machine as a safety method to not overdraw and pull air in.

U probably used an espresso capsule which only puts out an ounce or two which is the normal size for an espresso
False advertising! My mom got my brother a vertuo pop plus and intstead of being blue, IT’S BLACK!
