A little late, but better than never at all. Thanks for uploading this, I’ve been using the regular pop tutorial for descaling and it’s pretty much (if not exactly) the same. Still just as easy and straightforward! Question: should I be waiting until it blinks or should I just do it every three months like is suggested?
No way of blowing a small amount of water through the coffee spout after each use either. Just leave the remnants of coffee in the spout until next use 😞
@nespresso I restarted the process over and over not realizing that the light will go out while descaling. It would be most helpful to mention this as it looks like the process stopped making individuals think that they need to restart the whole process. Maybe something like, “once you push the brew button in the descaling mode, there will be a dwell time where the machine may appear off however, it’s going through the descaling.” I would also suggest saying something like, “the descaling solution will not expel immediately but must go through the dwell time.” The video shows that the descaling solution is expelling immediately after pushing the brew button. The video is misleading at best.

Maybe just a “clean” and “brew” button next time @nespresso
Amen. I’m about to throw both In the trash. None of these steps work

Couldn’t agree more. Already ruined one machine since it wouldn’t go out of cleaning mode. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not all water came out from inner pod holder, after 1 step(7 minutes)
