I just bought this machine and the crema is not good, as it is just bubbles. My former old Vertuo nespresso machine (that broke) gave a delicious crema. The pop doesn't fit any of my cups either with the odd design and it is so hard to open and close. I called customer service and they said I have to pay to ship it back, which will be so much money from Hawaii. I'm really sad, as I was so thrilled to get a new machine, and this is such a let down. The customer service rep said that the crema quality will get better after about 15 pods. Is that true?
We certainly understand your frustrations, Andrea. The crema should improve with time, and the Vertuo Pop can brew into larger cups if you put the machine on sometime like a shelf or capsule drawer. We are always here to help, please let us know if you have any other questions.
Water tank cannot be mooved on the side to gain more space !!, like on the standard Vertuo ; -( same thing with the cup recipient , not adjustable in height !!! 😒 Machine supposed to bring more space ?? They missed the target .

Was bedeutet rotes Dauerlichtbeim Vorgängermodell und keine Funktion, erst nach Steckerziehung und Neustart. Maschine ist dann bereit, kurzes Summgeräusch und wieder rote Bedientaste???? Finde hierzu keine Fehlerbehebung im Netz oder Handbuch
Hallo Franz, die ''Vertuo-Next'' kannst du durch ein 3-sekündiges Drücken der Bezugstaste ausschalten. Ansonsten schaltet sich die Maschine, bei Nichtbenutzung, automatisch nach zwei Minuten ab. Bei dem vom dir genannten Fehlerbild ist es möglich, dass der Rotor festhängt. Bitte drehe den Rotor vorsichtig frei, bis dieser sich ohne jeglichen Widerstand bewegen lässt. Anschließend einen Spülvorgang durchführen. Werden weitere Schritte zur Fehlerbehebung benötigt, melde dich doch bitte mit Angabe deiner Kundennummer bei dem technischen Support. Diesen erreichst du unter der gebührenfreien Rufnummer 0800 18 18 444 und im Auswahlmenü die Nummer drei. Ich wünsche dir einen schönen Tag. Liebe Grüße vom Nespresso Team
I've had my Pop machine for about 2 weeks now and really not happy with it. Build quality feels cheap and as others have mentioned, the crema is really bad and mostly just foamy bubbles (even after using upwards of 30 pods or more). Not only that but the machine is horribly loud. Super disappointed but I don't even know if I can return it for a different model as I got the machine via the subscription plan.

If you need to save space that desperately maybe coffe machine is not your top priority.
