We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
For absolute beginners: The machine only uses Nespresso pods. Be fully aware that even if 3rd party coffee pods say "Nespresso compatible", they may not be. And you'll get a user error message via the led. Ask me how I know 😂 The pod must sit on the rim and push the head down once closed. The x2 red led error will show otherwise. Anyway, I still haven't made any coffee yet 🙃 but the other downside so far is the user manual and set-up documentation is very cluttered. They've made something so very simple more complicated by adding multiple languages to every diagram. I felt like I had dyslexia because its information overload all at once.
I like the color options but am concerned. Do these share the same mechanical/computer components as the Next machines? I had the most difficult time with them and apparently so did many based on reviews and would hate to wind up replacing this machine as frequently as I did the Next before I replaced it.
I tried it. I can't make it rinse itself. I can do it with a phone, but not with the button. Am I doing something wrong, or the firmware changed since this video?

This machine is really annoying so far had only two cups of coffee, as you wait for coffee to dispense, light goes red! Nothing happens, nespresso said it’s over heating let it cool down …. A day later it’s still doing it, don’t waste your time and money

It’s taken two hours to finally get a refund for a faulty machine, after arguing that repair is not adequate, it may be your policy but that is overridden by Consumer Law ! Ya, worst company to deal with ever. Worst customer support experience I've ever had. They won't help you and they will never own up to their mistake. They are willing to lose a customer over $100 mistake they made by sending wrong pods. So if you ever get the wrong order, they will tell you to kick rocks
Worst coffee machine I’ve ever had. The crema is like the foam you get from the sea at a polluted beach. It lasted 5 weeks before hot coffee started pouring of the bottoms of the machine. Nespresso not interested in helping so back it went for a refund. 0/10
Hello i bought this machine 3 days ago and i didnt do the rincing process i used a caspule right away buty coffe is coming out barley lukewarm everytime is it a probleme with the machine or i should press 3 times the button within 2sec and do the rincing for the coffe to become hot?

Hi! The Next was made from recyclable materials. The Pop does not. The Pop does not have the same issues as the Next.
I bought the vertuo evoluo about 6 years ago and have never had an issue. I think it was just with the Next models

Is it normal for water to be left over in the tank after the initial clean? I noticed that the tank had about half the water left over
