Thanks for the tutorial, changing my cam followers went without any issues, and on my first try 😎 Now I just have to wait for my wife to get here, I had to send her to the tire shop to get some new tires, I tried to fill my wheels with 120 bars but all 27 wheels exploded after 89-ish bars, guess they were old or something, no serious injuries, the wheels knocked out a few teeth and broke 7 of my fingers 🤘, but that shit grows back so out so we good 🥳 Still, thanks for a great video.👍
Every year i have replace my cam follower. My car was running like a charm and had 300 000 km on it. It is not too expensive and should be maintained. My car was also chipped stage 2
Hi You explained that the cam must be in a certain position. What happens if it is not in the correct position and how do you get it in the correct position? Thanks
hey, you can turn the crank over clockwise with a socket/spanner to move the position of the camshaft. it's easier to re-fit the follower if the lobe is not showing towards you.
The little valve on the right is a bleed valve to release the pressure. No need to idle the engine like that
