    Thankyou for being so open and kind to share your hair loss journey on your channel. Your positivity has inspired me to not give up and accept hair loss but instead you have motivated me to focus on the solutions which clearly does exist based on your results. It is so rare to find other young women with this struggle and I am so happy to have come across your channel. I would love to hear your thoughts on dermapen. Also do you have any insight on using hair fibres to cover balding areas, would this impede the hair growth journey? Take care and keep up the good work

Thank God I went with my gut!! Total impales buy on a bad hair day!! I suffer from your SAME ISSUES. I have had so much stuff done to figure out the issues 2 different doctors and it’s nothing but baldness smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ the fact they even use that word is dumb! lol Anyways I am SO HAPPY I found you! Hi Imane! Thanks for making this video. I am currently wanting to go the natural route to grow my thinning hair back because I had side effects from Finasteride. Currently I am taking Biotin 10,000 mcg, One a Day multivitamin, DHT Blocker from Advanced Trichology, Wheatgrass shot every other day, Iron supplement, collagen supplement, and fish oil. I plan to dermaroll with Dr. Pen on 0.5mm once a week. I have started to oil my scalp using Castor Oil with Rosemary oil and Peppermint oil. I leave the oil on for 4 hours and plan to do it every other day. I also use Nizoral Shampoo twice a week. I try to diet and exercise. Am I doing this right or should I change something?

    202nd subscriber! Just binge watching your videos and I was wondering if you'd have to have a clean scalp before dermarolling? I try to wash my hair maximum twice a week as I heard that it's better so I usually use dry shampoo on the day before my wash day.
    So my hair would have dry shampoo residue, can I use the dermaroller then the elixir overnight? Next day would be my wash day.
    Really loving how informative and science-based your videos are! x

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Maegan ! Thank you for subbing! Yes its best to have a clean scalp, not the end of the world if not. As the needles are penetrating the scalp its best to do this on a clean scalp to avoid infection and so that the needles can stimulate collagen/ hair follicles without skincells getting in the way. As you are putting oil on your hair it helps with providing moisture to your hair if you are worried about stripping oils by washing it too much. Also using a sulphate free shampoo will help. I hope this helps :).

    What do you think about natural "shampoos" (like shikakai/Kapoor mixed with Amla)

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Lara 😚 I think it's better to use more natural shampoos 100% with less chemicals and sulphates. However the way shampoo works is that it binds to oil and gets rinsed away, its purpose is to cleanse. So having oil in the shampoo may make it less useful. But doing an oil mask with Amla before shampooing and leaving in would be best. Xx

    Hi Imane, sorry to bother you but I can't seem to find answers for these two questions: 1) is it safe to apply the oil of choice just after you dermaroll? And 2) when you want to wash the oils out... your scalp is sore from dermarolling. Is it safe to shampoo the next day to dermarolling? I've seen doctors recommend not shampooing or adding anything to the scalp for 48 hours after dermarolling because it can get into your system through the microwounds. Thanks!

    i believe that you actually had the case of telogen effluvium instead of AGA. Otherwise, a regrowth or loss stagnation without minox is not realistic. My assumption is also based on the regrowth time frame of 9 months (based on your statement) which occurs naturally in the case of telogen effluvium. Nevertheless, I am extremely happy about your regrowth! I wish there was a promising treatment for my AGA ... How can we explore the mars by now but not help girls with their hair loss?
