DUDE!!! OMG! You never know how many step I take manually to achieve almost everything that you told me here. You just really save me dude. Thank you very very much. I love you dude!!
Thank you so much for this AMAZING tutorial. I was searching for something exactly like this. You covered so much in so little time and everything was explained perfectly!
HOLY CRAP!!! How have you come to know this much about Inkscape?? I've been using graphic design software in its' various evolutions for probably more than 40 years and you are teaching me things that I didn't even know that I needed to know!
I love your content especially the tutorial like this❤, but I have a problem with my Inkscape, why is my Inkscape cannot do the blur or other effects? Is there something error?
It's possible that you have the No Filters display mode turned on. You can check your display mode by going to the View menu and choosing Display Mode. If it's on No Filters, changing it to Normal should fix the problem. Hope that helps!
If a keyboard shortcut doesn't work in Linux it's often because the window manager has bound the Alt key to window operations (e.g. hold Alt and drag on a window to move it). Although you can change the keyboard shortcuts in Inkscape, in most cases you just need to add the 'Windows' key to the combination as well. So instead of Alt-drag for freehand node select, for example, use Win-Alt-drag instead. For MacOS the keyboard shortcuts tend to be 'broken' because some have been changed to the Mac convention of using the Command key, while others remain with the Ctrl key from Linux/Windows. If a keyboard shortcut doesn't work as advertised (e.g. Ctrl-C to copy) then try replacing Ctrl with Command, or vice-versa.

Ahhhh, the fill rule, even odd button answers my question that I had when I was trying to perform your fantastic octopus tutorial from your course.
Yep! This problem actually never occurred on the older computer I used when creating that tutorial, so I was confused by your comment on there.
