    Minor tip: When you have multiple _non-intersecting_ paths, "Union" yields the same result as "Combine Path".

    My suggestion would be to be a little more detailed when showing what to select that will help you and us who watch you at the same time... Either way thanks

    Great video. I try to replicate it, but when i try to use the Difference option, its like Inkscape connects the start and end of the curve, and i dont why?

      It sounds like you might have accidentally selected the path without Power Stroke at 2:09, then did Difference with that path and the text. To get it to work properly, we have to do Difference with the Power Stroke path (the red one) and the text. You might have to zoom in some to be able to select it. I hope that works!

    I am using v1.3. I have set the text > Path to Object > Ungroup. My display does not show the text as separate objects and the bottom does not say "Group of 3...." Why?

    • @SweaterCatDesigns
      @SweaterCatDesigns  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Text objects work a bit differently in 1.3. Now when you do Object to Path on them, the letters all get combined into a single path instead of a group. To separate the letters, you can do Path > Split Path.

      Nothing beyond is any good if you are using 1.3. Do you have this tutorial using the functionalities of 1.3?
