      Just please keep in mind that this recipe is insanely high in fat, the total amount of fat for that quantity of seeds is around 90 grams of fat. For those who have to watch their fat intake this recipe is definitely a no go! If you’re a person who doesn’t gain weight at all no matter what you eat or struggle to gain weight, it’s a great recipe for those people.

      This makes about 8 servings, so that's a reasonable amount of fat for most. I put what would be considered about 3 1/2 - 4 servings on my plate in this video.

    Hey Javant! Even though I've been sharing your videos with mentees/patients, friends, family, etc., it's been a while that I post a comment on one of them! I've been busy with med school applications, WFPB health coaching, started going back to gym too 💪. I'm so glad to see you've passed 150K subs, congrats and keep up the good work!
    This recipe is very unique, first time I've seen a scramble with seeds- and Pumpkin seeds are pretty high in Zinc, Magnesium, Manganese, Iron, etc., and offer several benefits for the brain, heart, reproductive health and more! Plus, with the other ingredients like the Turmeric, Onion, Garlic powder, blueberries, etc., this is a breakfast of champions! I wonder how it would go with other seeds or nuts, or even putting some chia/flax with the pumpkin seeds? Would be interesting to try :) Anyway, great to see you, happy Friday!

    Pancakes was really good made for my kiddos this morning appreciate it. Of course consistency was a little different from all purpose flour but was still a good option to vegan lifestyle can't wait for the recipe book because every recipe we tried was great we appreciate it.

      Yes, absolutely. I suggest freezing it as ground, and forming it into circles after thawing and adding the necessary ingredients.

    Omy, this breakfast looks delicious!!! Thank you for sharing another winner! I first thought "Oh, tofu scramble" and was pleasantly surprised with a no tofu scramble alternative. Bever would have thought of this in my own, let alone soaking pumpkin seeds!!! Who knew?? YOU!!     2. Is the oil content of pumpkin seeds a concern?

      I haven't tried pumpkin butter, but intuitively I don't think it would work. Pumpkin seeds are super healthy because of their iron, zinc, magnesium, and protein content, among other nutrients. Since the oil is not removed and refined, I don't consider it an issue at all. Good questions 👌🏾

      I don't have a suggestion at this time. Pumpkin seeds are unique, because they turn into this texture without any added ingredients needed to cause the "curdling".

    I make my scramble eggs or omelet with chickpea flour. Never thought of using seeds. I'm going to try this.
    Or I make scramble with my homemade chickpea flour.
    Which brand of oatmeal do you use and how do you know if the oatmeal is third party certified glyphosate free? Thank you.

    Javant how do you season your pan ?

      I coat it with VERY thin layer of grape seed oil (other oils can be used) using a paper towel, then put it in the oven upside down. Set the oven to 400F and bake it for about 45 minutes. Turn the oven off and let it cool in the oven with the door closed. This is a rough explanation, there are lots of great methods and tutorials online.

      I haven't yet. I have an invitation tho the NHA conference in June, and he will be there. Unfortunately, I have a conflicting opportunity come up, so I don't think I will be able to make it. Meeting Dr Fuhrman is something I must do, so I am sure it will come to fruition eventually. His retreat is actually in San Diego. Great question!

    Do you do wide grip pull ups? If not I highly encourage it regardless not elbow conditions or anything lol not directed at you, I go and do like 1 set by the lake, I keep doing this discipline and some leg raises while hanging, I wanna start a channel someday perhaps, sent yours to family, said hes good watch this its short
