Wow, I can't wait to get my plasma finished now. You guys really knocked it out of the park with this project. I watched their videos on the trikes and really want to build an electric one. I did finally get the OpenBuilds post loaded into Fusion. 😁 I can't wait for the next video, thanks!

Awesome to have a plasma setup as yours. I’m doing the KJ Raycing VF1 notching the hard and not so perfect way with a grinder 😂

I started that way and now I do some with the grinder and some with a notcher..

We always use to use a grinder and often found it to be faster than a notcher.

I have the ghost on my mini bike. I wasn't happy with the performance so I ordered a 24mm Nibbi carb off Amazon and OH MY GAWD did it ever wake up that engine. The only reason I bought the ghost is because $60.00 buys the 2 year warranty. That's the value of getting the ghost vs building my own off GPS.
Still waiting for you guys to source an 800cc Polaris sled engine for your crosskart. Just the thought of that insane power has me on edge.

good afternoon, can you please explain how you unwraped the tube to a flat panel to be able to create the cut path. Did you draw the bent tubes as sheet metal parts, extruded along a path, then extrude / cut the intersections to get the notches?

you are great fabricator's you were better off making your own original ideas for your frame if you have the right mind set and equipment I was going to order their frame only kit for $ 699.99 they are out of stock when you go there website it says it with a lead time i assume they have financial problems paying their vendors/employees/rent/insurances i assume material cost around $100.00 maybe sell your own frame design or plans

We aren't necessarily trying to go into another creators domain. But after making one of these we can confidently say they stopped making frames because they make way more money by selling the whole thing.
