3:20 i cant even get words out most of the time. but i have a combination of PFS, air hunger, ahedonia depression anxiety and a hoast of other issues. air hunger just makes everything else worse and more noticeable
I suppose that is a bit of an oversight, but tbh I think that's because there's already plenty of videos out there explaining it. I try to find something new add. Is there anything particularly you'd like to see me cover if I was to do a video on Constructive Rest?

Why don’t you demonstrate in any video essential and the most basic and classical exercise of « laying down and feeling the contact with the ground »?
