Much appreciated for the info. Just got approved for a $9500 limit, fico is around 780, only have a car loan and maybe one card in the last year. 10+ total cards though.
The priority pass on this card is not ongoing, it's just an initial 12 month benefit enrollment. I've seen other cards from Truist offering tsa precheck on no- fee cards, so those two benefits may indeed survive after the annual fee is gone
Just received my new card in the mail today, totally psyched! Getting $5,200 in dental work, so will hit spend requirement with 1 swipe! Thanks Adam for making this video because this card was not on my radar, but that $500 Statement Credit will help lower my dental bill.
With no AF even with the drawbacks the Altitude Connect is still a solid earner with some travel categories and no FTF. I recently picked up an Altitude Go looking forward to utilizing this one in my wallet going forward! ✊💳
i'm gardening in 2024 can't sign up for any personal cards i'm at 6/24 but i do want to get the go, connect, reserve and power but all on the back burner until i get my last chase card
I think I'm going to get this card, I haven't gotten new cards in a while and am about to go on a trip. This is a $600+ value given the global pre check and airport lounge access. I may product change in a year to the cash+. Edit: Initially denied for incorrect reason before approved for 10k limit
After just getting approved for the Altitude Reserve in Feb and the Venmo Visa in March, I figured I'd have no chance of US Bank approving me for this, but I gave it a shot anyway and to my amazement, they approved me no questions asked. Now working on my second 50,000 pt sign up bonus from US Bank in a 2 month span. Very weird that the points earned on one card are worth more than the ones on the other, but still thankful regardless! Thank you, Adam, for bringing attention to this amazing opportunity!
If the priority pass includes restaurants, even with the 4/yr limit it would definitely be worth getting. I may product change if possible, but I don't need the hard inquiry or any distraction from my other spend.
I've never been able to get one of their cards, but gave it a go for the 50K. Was told they are reviewing and I should hear in 7-10 days. That is probably a no!
Just got approved, got the idea to apply from this video! Team cash back, hoping to get sign-up bonus before points are devalued, but either way will be a good value. Thank you for quality content!
Update on this card: my wife and I initially got denied but some how end up getting both of our accounts approved weeks later🤯 I’ll take advantage of it

I just recently got it 2 months ago realaized theres no 12 month of no interest like alot of cards ao becareful if you didnt know that its only 12months on transfer balances
The Altitude Go is also cutting back most of their 2 point (2x) perks while keeping their 4 point (4x) and their $15 dollar streaming credit. I am wondering if they come out with another annual fee card and make their own trifecta with their cards?
Adam what is your favorite credit card points or miles and why? Maybe you could do a video ranking your most used credit card points from least used to most used! Keep up the great content!
Wow, now free with global entry and priority pass? I can have wife get her own and double up global entry and priority pass. Or team it with any mid tier travel or hotel card to make a kick butt setup for low overall annual fee. 👍
A few questions regarding the 4 free Priority Pass lounge visits... Someone mentioned the benefit is just for the first year. Is that accurate? Also, do you know if I will be able to bring a guest using one my 4 free visits?

@@ProudMoney Thanks for response. I have another general CC question. I have a large dental bill coming up soon. I am concerned about the 30% Utilization Rule. I have 10 cards, but none will cover the entire dental bill without going way over 30% Utilization Rate. Does the 30% rule strictly apply for (1.) Grand Total of all Credit Limits, or (2.) does it also apply on an individual credit card? I'm concerned about causing a significant drop in my Credit Score which is currently in low 800's.
@@jeromehenry4484 It's both/or. I had a big car repair bill last year rack up one card (for reward optimization 80% utilization on that card less than 30% overall); It will drop your score 25 pts for a month then rebound back the next month. So unless you also plan on buying a car/house or new cc within a couple months of the big bill it won't matter as long as you pay off the credit card.

Yes, I’ve heard of this before with other cards. I would just buy stuff under your limit to get your bonus and do multiple payments. With $500 how can someone buy multiple tickets? Crazy!
@@roxcyn that's only solution but I find only one way tickets below 500 which was costing more. So end up applying new card. Will use this card for utilities and gas. I tried with advance payment but my card is locked due to overpayment.
I also only got approved for $500, but the key is to just to make a big purchase under the $500 limit so that you don't max it out. Then pay it off immediately and wait for them to update your credit limit then make another purchase or purchases under $500 and pay that off and then keep rinsing and repeating.
