Revisited this video to check I'm doing things right?
Bought a Venhill set because of this, excellent bit of kit worth every penny although when flaring be careful to not over do it otherwise you crack the chain pin and have to get a spare link piece!
    Will I ever learn, doh!!

Best invest in an impact driver mate, I had a nightmare last time I done it, for this time my impact driver should make it much easier, get impact sockets too :)

Why did you not just take a bronze or steel brush, fasten the nuts in a vice, a little brake cleaner spray, 20 seconds of brushing and the sprocket nuts would have looked almost new....

Reason is Tom have new ones coming on the Dymags wheels. But yes that would have done it!

Hi Chops. I enjoy most of your videos. You're a funny bugger with an indearing personality but the bike build series is in my opinion the weakest area of the channel. It's just bolting on after market parts. Nothing very imaginitive there. The CBR transmogrification into "Beasty" was in a different league. Creativity wins!

FYI WD40 and a few chux wipes can clean up a sprocket pretty easily.
