This was a great video, Jason. Thank you. I bought the game a while back and 'did' find it a challenge to learn having not played the base game. I totally agree that the game is hard to get through but, for me, the Campaign Mode - in which we get stronger the more we reply dungeons with the same hero - seems to help.
@@TabletopJason Most welcome. It's definitely way too hard at the start but I 'think' it'll get easier once you skill-up using the Campaign mode. The PC version isn't too bad either. Your guide is the best I have seen so thank you for that :)
Good video... invest in a decent dice tower!!! Also, stop whining about the complexity of the game. It's really not about winning or losing... the fun is in playing the game and having the story play out.
It really is a fun game. I enjoy the single player mode, but it definitely seems easier in 2 player. Have you ever tried the campaign mode? I haven't yet, but I think that could also really add to the game.
Planning on giving the campaign a run... seems like you can really build your heroes into strong, boss-beating dynamos... I really get my butt handed to me in the boss's dungeon!! LOL But like I said, the fun is having the story play out... @@TabletopJason

Thanks. It seems like a pretty complicated game until you start playing. But even then, there are a lot of things to miss.
