been doing all your pilates videos, it’s so hard even though it looks so easy, but to be honest , your videos are the only ones that really gave me big changes on my body❤
the workout itself was good but i would've appreciated some kind of commentary or instruction to the exercises, as it was quite hard to follow along without knowing what's next. it usually took me at least 10 seconds to transition into the next pose. especially to beginners it's important to explain how to do movements correctly.
