    after having been bedridden for the past three years, this is the first workout that I am attempting to do and actually stick to. Although I’m not even at the beginner stage yet, this is definitely promising. Thank you!
    Update: I’m doing this workout for the 3rd time now and it’s insane how much easier it has gotten. I needed to take 5 minute breaks in between each exercise and now I can easily do it without any. This definitely works!

    your pilates workouts are the only ones i do and love!! these are the perfect amount of easy for a beginner but still make you feel it!!!

    the only workouts i love are by lidia mera. i love sweating after the workouts lmao it just makes me feel like i did something and i love how whenever i get free time i just feel like working out from the past few. i want to workout the whole day lol it feels so frikin good

    Day 1 ✅ felt good the burn was amazing!
    Day 2 ✅ burned more complicated but done🥵
    Day 3 ✅ very sore actually but I actually accomplished tip listen to music while doing it boost confidence and motivation

    the workout itself was good but i would've appreciated some kind of commentary or instruction to the exercises, as it was quite hard to follow along without knowing what's next. it usually took me at least 10 seconds to transition into the next pose. especially to beginners it's important to explain how to do movements correctly.

    i adore how peaceful your workouts are, the tempo is great, perfect bit of challenging however if you could perhaps add little voiceovers in-between exercises to kind of foreshadow what's coming next? i think that might help with changing positions and fitting into the time frame ฅ⁠^⁠•⁠ﻌ⁠•⁠^
