Story 1: the people that say “a hawk has got to eat” are missing the point COMPLETELY, the point isn’t that the bunny died, this happens all the time and i am sure op has seen his fair share of animal deaths, the problem is that the wife DELIBERATELY ignored the husbands advice after he warned her of the consequences and told her the solution (all she needed to do was literally walk a few more steps but she was too lazy to do that) and not only that she traumatized her kids, all because she was lazy, the point isn’t what happened, it is the wife’s actions and self victimizing herself that is the issue. Also i haven’t finished the whole story as of writing this comment.
What's really sad is the wife could have just admitted she was in the wrong, the kids would have forgiven her after a day or two and NONE of the rest would have come out.
Bro do it for Dan had me rolling all over the floor. I would've been hilarious if they put it on a shirt and gave it to Dan his parents and his wife and kids.
Story 1 the ex wife is a sociopath. Glad he divorced her. Story 2 sadly if you defend against a woman attacking you this will happen. Also glad he went away from there his reputation is destroyed even if he is found innocent
For the second story even some of the comments on Reddit were still painting OP as an ass because a man “should never hit a women”, but when people brought up the fact she hit them first they just either said “it doesn’t matter” and “a man doesn’t need to hit a women to defend himself”.
As a woman, that's BS. I fully believe in 1)Don't start something if you can't finish it or live with the consequences. 2) Don't start none and there will be none.
@@jamesplayzreviews I agree but I think honestly what upset op was the fact that his kids saw it and from his story they are pretty young seeing a hawk kill something they cared about honestly probably upset them greatly his ex should have known better
@jamesplayzreviews yes, let nature take its course. But it didn't have to happen infront the poor kids. The woman has no empathy for anyone or any living thing.
@@jamesplayzreviews She could have controlled it, she was told to release it in the wood line, not the middle of an open yard with no cover from predators.
My running theory is birth control. OP mentioned that she was abusive during every pregnancy, initially attributing it to pregnancy hormones, but what if it was caused by the lack of hormones? The hormones in birth control pills can alter brain chemistry. Some women report that after stopping the pill, they find their husbands less attractive. They may initially stop taking the pill in order to start a family, but without the hormones, they are surprised to find that their feelings toward their husbands have changed. I believe that when OP's ex-wife stopped taking birth control, her true persona emerged. The cheating, backstabbing, and abusive behavior are who she really is. The woman OP married was merely a facade maintained by hormones. When you marry your partner, make sure you have seen who they are in times of hardship, who they are in times of joy, who they are when living together, and who they are when not influenced by hormonal changes. It could save a lot of pain for both of you.
"I don't think i'd have a case even if she knocked me out" in America? Buddy she could've killed you and they'd drag your carcus into the courtroom for politely asking her to stop.
S.1. People you're missing the point. It's the principle of things he's trying to say here. His kids are too young to see something like that, she didn't care about the bunny or her kids it's not about the hawk eating, it's about how cruel she was to do what she did.
It's not even that. It's her refusal to admit she did wrong. If she apologized to her kids, admit that op was right and just gave her kids a day or 2 to get over it, everything would have been fine.
One thing I can never understand why get married if you're going to cheat and then when you get caught up in your Affair you make up all types of Lies knowing that you wrong for trying to justify why you did what you did
Me before the update: i dont think the Bunny thing is that bad. I grew up on a farm, and ive seen my dog eat a bunny. Maybe it could have been handle better. Me after the update: oh she insane. Got it
I remember story 1, it started out with the guy first posting on whether or not if he was a jerk for not defending his wife when she let the bunny out in the middle of the yard and it got taken away by a hawk in front of their kids. It's wild how this story ended With him finding out that his wife was cheating and it all stemming from a story about his wife, his kids, a rabbit, and a hawk.
damn I'm early, either way, this first story is kinda why I plan to stay single while I have my current job, which doesn't really like to look at facts before acting, especially in regards to accusations of SA.

@@RequiemPoete No it isn't "sadly." If the kids forgave her and decided to keep her secrets then OP would be oblivious.
@@ARcinder If this whole thing with the bunny didn't happen, no one would have found out about her affair. Kids included.
@@RequiemPoete the kids actually knew before the BK thing. They bullied their mom because they were expressing the stress she was putting on them.
It baffles me how people are so bent on the whole "helping bunny survive thing".
reddit is like twitter but everyone is a contrarian there
Story 1: i completely forgot this is how this story started.
The moment i heard "kids found bunny" i instantly remembered this story.
Ah, the "bunny killer" story. Becoming a classic almost like "Do it for Dan".
Or the OP who ran to the hills and ex gf tried so hard to find after he caught her cheating

Ffr😂😂
How about the infamous "Art Room"

Ah the legendary bunny-killer-cheater story. Heard it so many times now.

Story 2 only slapped her after she put hands on him first.
Self defense for the win

💥💥💥💥
It's not about the Hawks needing to eat it's about the wife being stupid.
I heard the story before that story escalated quickly and in the first story people went after op because of that rabbit
Jeez, I get animals are important but no one should be prosecuted over something they couldn't control
