have you guys talked about this problem with insiders from Microsoft/Meta/Amazon/Apple? I wonder to what extent that bureocratic risk-aversion hell is specific to Google or perhaps is just something inescapble when a company goes beyond a certain size?

Thanks matt! Great question and I appreciate the comment. I think it comes with size and is more pronounced when the original founder is not at the helm to tell folks, "it's ok to take risk."
