Glad you like them! I have some new stuff coming out very soon. It might be worth signing up to the newsletter on my website www.teachertrainingvideos.com/sign-up.
Thanks for sharing. Do you have any advanced videos showing how to start from scratch? I have a logo with empty space in the middle, and I'd like to add a fast moving glow behind it...

Hi Russell, I am a newbie in Camtasia & liked your video very much. I found many videos in the playlist section. As a newbie can you please tell me from which video I should start learning from??. Many thanks in advance.
Thanks, will do! I put loads of videos on my website about Camtasia and they are very popular. You might find them useful. www.teachertrainingvideos.com/Camtasia_Training
Hi Russel, I don't see any intro or anything in the library section. I am using the cracked version of Camtasia-9. In that case, what should I do get all the intro, animations & other options in it? Please help
That might be because you have Cam 9. I actually don't know. Cam 9, 18 and 19 have similar interfaces so most of my videos will be useful to you. Vivek probably not a good idea to mention that you have a cracked version of Camtasia. I don't work for them but probably not a good idea to say that online.
Newby here. Is there a way to bring in our own music? Certain type of file? I was thinking of a snipet of Vivaldy's The Four Seasons. Or Pachelbel's canon in D minor?
Thanks for the very helpful video. I've always done my own title slides and imported but like the options here. One issue I am still having is getting the intros to display at a readable size as my instructional iPhone video clips (portrait mode). Project Settings at 1080p and Scale at 100% but that doesn't aways work. Appreciate any advice. (Yes, I have seen your videos on screen size but displaying the iPhone seems different than full screen. Thanks!
Ignore the question above. I just figured it out. All I had to do was LOCK THE TRACK of each section. I think I heard you mention that on another video. Thanks, again!

Sure thing! Here's a concise version: Import your splash screen. Drag it to the beginning of your timeline. Customize if needed. Export your video. Hope that helps!

Russell - Great job on this tutorial. My question is this. How do you save an intro or outro for use on another video project? In what format?
Just save the intro as an MP4 and then you just import it in. That is what I do.
Excellent, Professional, 100000000000000000000 likes for you
Wow, thanks! More Camtasia videos for you: www.teachertrainingvideos.com/Camtasia_Training

This is probably the best video to start with. It is about Cam 18 and 19 but should be fine for Cam 9 too.

Hey Russell it's a shame you didn't show and tell how one would save an intro or outro to re-use for other recordings :-(
Michael, you are right and it is something I must go through when I do that video again.

Yes, just import the file and add it along the timeline. I have done that before too.
@@ttvRussell Import from where? I was able to get from the camtasia library ... what about from other places?
The movie inception comes to mind watching you screencast your screencasting software.
Hi Nick...is that good or bad? Was it easy to follow?
lol. It is like you got hold of my todo list, as this is very high on the list for me to do for my channel. Thanks Russel.
I am glad I can help
thank you so much for given us something .like a great teacher
That is very kind of you. I am glad I could help you. Happy new year to you.

I am not sure I know the answer to this. Where are you planning to display these videos? What platform are you using?
I am glad as I wasn't sure I could help you!!
How do you add a brand logo instead of typing?
You can add an image into a Camtasia video at any point. Just drap onto the screen where you want.
Thanks very much

@@ttvRussell Done
just tell me how to fucking add my splash screen - that was my search
Sure thing! Here's a concise version:
Import your splash screen.
Drag it to the beginning of your timeline.
Customize if needed.
Export your video.
Hope that helps!
You can't be more original that you have to use the SAME intro just to slap your company name in it.
I wish i could make a different video each time but takes tool long.
