Rookie mistake of videoing whilst the radio is on in the background.....Copyright strike.....They should have all put 10bullets into the radio to avoid a copyright strike.
That's funny how someone at the DOT was actively panning the camera's around and watching.
The fact that it took 4 or 5 tasers (give or take) to get him under control scares me
Why?
The tasers didn't seem to have any effect. Not sure why they thought the 5th one would work. Also the 15 officers all yelling "drop the knife" to the point where you can't even hear what they're saying, was pretty dumb. Respect for the police officers who captured him and the group who worked on this video for 2 yrs.
The officers sound like seagulls saying “mine” but instead they say say “Knife” “Gun” or “Taser” 🤣😂
Not only do I applaud the outright insane level of patience these officers had.... But the fact that dude rode well over 4 tasers!?!?!?!? How is he not dead????
Tbh I think that dude's brain was fried way before that
Brilliant video! Multiple dash cams, body cams, street cams... tight editing, to the point info. Awesome video! Subscribed!
Chicago "Hard To Say I'm Sorry" playing in the background is just the chief's kiss .. haa 🤦🏾♂️
also, acquittal due to mental illness doesn’t mean you walk free. if you’re found NGRI (not guilty by reason of insanity) you essentially get locked up in an institution for the rest of your life.
Time for the department to go back to driving tactics school..
Felt bad for the officer in the Tahoe having that Charger undue 2 of his PITs. But then, when the suspect is completely boxed in with nowhere to go, Tahoe officer decides to move the only vehicle directly in front of the fleeing vehicle. Effectively restarting the chase all over again.
Care in the community doesn't work. While someone like that is free to walk the streets no one is safe. This puts the lives of the officers and members of the public at grave risk.🤬
Notice the primary unit in the Tahoe (squad one) did not have its emergency lighting activated.
And drove the wrong way down an active highway...
Once again, yet another police department displaying their complete lack of competency/training on how to properly box in a vehicle, allowing the suspect to once again get away and further endanger other citizens down the road
Whoever film this pieces I would like to say the officer did great job, it great work. Nice piece of film. I never seen easy to follow this film. Keep that way and do more this time.
Those are dash cams and body cams lmao
@@AbelG8781 they did best on focus sometime some don't work. But this was the best one so far.
@@patriciafaulkner3771 oh ok

it's* great
Feel bad for all the innocent people who probably just heading home from work or errands and then get hit by this guy
Truly amazing with the conduct of these officers. Even when the knife 🔪 was shown officers still held off from using lethal based on the situation of the suspect being boxed in and contained. They were doing all they can to get this suspect out alive. Great work based on this guys mental background.
The person in the Lexus was like "NOPE, NOT TODAYYYY" 😂
I like how he still used his blinker like he’s still trying to abide the law
those DOT cams give one helluva view
Using your blinkers in a high speed chase is absolutely bonkers
I don't think that 'mental health issues' that someone refuses to get treatment for should be an excuse to commit felonies.
I could tell you what he looked like before they ever showed him.
Once I read the offender was wanted for rape and had charges acquitted , I figured out which variety it would be.
Same profile nearly every time…
Every. Single. Time.
Considering it was rape, it would've been more likely to be a white man. So there is no need to bring race into this.
lol the truth hurts
Team work makes the dream work. You Officers are great.
Make sure you use some mouthwash after sucking on those boots, boy.
The radio blasting when he’s getting arrested on is so funny 😭
3:14 Person in the Lexus: *sees Saturn coming right at him*
Saturn driver: VROOOOOOOM
Person in the Lexus: “Fuck this shit I’m out!” *goes down embankment*
Very impressed with MNDOT highway cameras.
Interesting choice of music to run from the police as well. Dude was definitely listening to love 105
Lol, he wanted to tell the officers that _It's Hard To Say I'm Sorry!_
They did their job to protect the public. They realized that they caught an ill insane individual. I think the system worked in this case and nobody had to die. One could argue the ethnics of keeping the guy alive in a facility instead of putting him out of his misery when they had the legal chance; but in a society that claims to hold all human life sacred with rights this man needs to be kindly institutionalized in a facility where he cannot hurt anyone and not be killed. The outcome is acceptable.
A shoutout to the police officer at the end, who seemingly just wanted to stick to the facts of what he observed, whilst his colleagues tried to persuade him that he didn't see what he saw.
6:35 is the interaction they were referring to.
Yo, for real. I felt so much respect for that cop. He probably could have pressed charges for assault and been correct in the eyes of the law, but the dude had compassion and a clear head. Recognized that the perp didn't come after him, just tried to keep him out. Between that and climbing up his SUV to avoid crossfire, he proved that he can perform under pressure.
0:01 “HANDS UP, PUT YOUR HANDS UP!” They saying that while he still driving 💀
Bless all these cops for keeping everyone safe and doing this for everyone’s safety❤❤❤❤❤❤
The music at the end has to be the best part❤😂
What’s it called?
@@N-GENZHard to say I'm sorry- Chicago
I like this channel, not only for the documentary but also because I can see stuff that goes down in my home state.
The chief of police, sheriff, and state troopers (if they were there) are going to be nauseated when they get the bill to repair all of those squad cars. Damn that’s a lot of hits!
Deadly force was the only correct course of action for the first crime.
I don't know why our political and judicial system feels that someone who places so many innocent civilians and law enforcement at risk, deserves to make it out alive from this. Just my personal freedom of speech opinion
I feel exactly the same. The un-justice system is a joke.
Why do people always phrase shit this way? Our justice system is perfectly sound. The judges and prosecutors are the ones who should be held accountable. They're the problem. They aren't doing their jobs. That said, the issue will likely never be properly addressed because modern Americans like yourself seem to only know how to address the issues faced by this nation in broad undefined strokes. You never want to get down to the actual bread and butter. You simplify, broaden, and trivialize things to the point where your perspective becomes useless. Throw in the fact that half of Americans seem to think prison numbers don't reflect the actual number of criminals we have and the resulting push for softer sentences and you have the problems we have now.
Like most issues faced by the US, the people are to blame for their own complaints, but will try and transfer that blame onto huge but segmented and compartmentalized institutions that usually can't be held accountable in any meaningful way instead of blaming the individuals who can be.
@@whispofwords2590
You are wrong. I know exactly what the problem is. It’s the people, of course. The people are the justice system. The laws are not the system. The judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers and corrupt cops. They are the problem. Cops and prosecutors who want to convict an innocent man to bolster their record. Prosecutors who won’t charge repeat felons. Defense lawyers who defend the guilty and judges who don’t sentence criminals to long hard time. They are our justice system. They are what’s wrong with it.
@@jimgordon3206 The people are not "the justice system" how the hell does that even make sense? A system is a system. People join it and leave it. The system is a constant. The system is the way we do things. It is defined by procedures and concepts, principals and ideas. Again, you just want to blame the entire thing because its the easy thing to do.
@@jimgordon3206 And also the fuck? Since when are cops judged by who or how many people they arrest? By who? Have you spent a single day working as law enforcement? You must have, cause that's the only way a reasonable person would have the information to come to that conclusion...But oh wait, youre not, its an assumption that I bet has little to no evidence backing it aside from person perception, which means nothing.
