Greetings from France. I also try to ride my age - I'm 76, and like you, I love it. Thank you for sharing your own experience and for so courteously inviting seniors to not let age hold them back. 🙂
I was a hard core cyclist for many decades, but had not heard of riding your age. Excellent videos which inspired me to overhaul a few of my favorite bikes and get back in the saddle at 78. Thanks from Southern Oregon.
63 yrs old and retired. Will hit 3,000 miles this year, the longest ride being about 48 mi. Never heard of “ride your age” but love the concept. Just might try it on our Ohio rails-to-trails this month before winter comes! Great video!
Respect for announcing your passing. I wish everyone would do that. I have not yet reached retirement age, but am much closer to it than most of my colleagues and love riding every day.
71 living in the UK. I had to give up running post covid due to a metatarsal problem on my left foot. I had a bike that had sat in the shed for over 20 years so I decided to start riding. I love it as it has taken me to places on largely trails into nature surroundings. In two years I have cycled many thousands of miles on my mountain bike including a coast to coast this year of 258 miles over 4 days, my first 100 miler in a day recently, and my training rides of 3 x 40 miles per week. I often rack up more mileage than this. I have joined a club and ride with good people who are improving me and my body/health is fantastic imho. Can't ask for more 👍😊
Wise and inspirational as always. 🙏🏻 The only physiological reality that unites us older cyclists is that we generally recover slower than youngsters. So I limit myself to +/- 100 km/day on my multi-day bike tours to make sure I wake up fully rested every day without carrying any residual fatigue from one day to the next.
Hi Victor, Thank you for your comment and wisdom. Knowing our limitations as we age, it's good to pace ourselves. Overdoing it never works out well. Thanks again and all the best, Steve
Steve! Never heard of ride your age. I'm 65 and retired now. I don't know if I can do it. I did a 33 miler this year and that's as far as I got in one day. I have been retired for about 12 months now, been on a schedule to ride 1800 miles this year, and I am on track, I should finish with what I set out to do. Good to see you post another ride. The trails there look so nice! I wish I was right there with you
Hi Steve. Love it. I started riding my birthday in my 40’s, and it became an annual social event with friends. When I turned 70, we did the usual ride, and three weeks later I took off on a cross continental. This year we had the 72 miler, and I’ll be leaving for another cross continental. Like you I really enjoy my riding, and hopefully I’ll be able to ride for a while still.
Im 70 and ride 50 to 80 miles every other day weather permitting. In Michigan. Mostly rural roads. Average speed between 13 to 14 mph. Retired and dont own a ball and chain (house). My wife likes the fact that I'm in good shape at my age. Keep riding and make that riding time your priority. Your family understands.
Hi Steve. Turned 73 in Aug. and finally rode my bike 73+ miles on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and some on road riding in order to achieve my 73 -mile goal. As you have stated, riders need to train for the mileage, take it slow, drink plenty of hydrating fluids and eat along the way. Good advice. Thanks for your wonderful videos and hope to see you on the Ct. rail trails someday.
Congrats on riding your age. I do the same. For those who aren’t able to ride that many miles, consider riding your “metric” age. 72 km would be about 45 miles. Still a great accomplishment,
Awesome Steve! Beautiful day to ride. Any age is a good age to ride. 72 miles for 72 years that great. I'm gonna do the same on my birthday. I turned 60 this year, I am still riding out of my age. My 84 year old friend once said that you can do anything at any age, it just takes longer 👍
I enjoyed your video. I am 77 and ride almost everyday, 25 miles per day. I did the "Ride Seattle To Vancouver and Party" (aka RSVP) this year. The longest day for me was around 80 miles. It was a long time in the "saddle". I ride e bikes so not as vigorous as your riding. I use the lower power setting unless it's a climb.
Hi Tony and thanks for your comment. I bet the RSVP ride was a blast! Nothing wrong with e-bikes. They can give a great boost and allow you to ride areas you otherwise wouldn't attempt. Thanks again and have a great day, Steve
Loved you video. Turn 73 later this month and hoping to ride 2,500 miles outdoors this year. Hopefully will make it. Started riding in 2012. I'm a little different in that ride out of the saddle a lot and that has helped keep my legs, core and fingers/hands/wrists strong. Longest ride this year is a metric century. A great project is to ride every rode in your town. My town has 220 miles. Keep pedaling everyone!!
My hats off to you sir. I'm impressed with you going that far at that age. I'm 69 years old and have just started riding. the most I do is 15 miles, but it's a start. Thanks for the video.
Steve, just found your channel. I'm 77 and ride every other day. I just wish I had trails like you have, but I do have some lesser traveled 2 lane roads here in Nebraska. I moved back here last May from Arizona. I ride 30 miles each time I go out at a brisk pace (I rode competitively 40 years ago and never slowed my riding speed down much). I used to do century rides as well as road racing but these days I prefer the solitude.
I've riding my age since I turned 54. I will turn 61 next month. Started as a challenge to my children. They weren't able to be with me on my 60th. I am still cycling. You are an inspiration.
I’ll be 70 in April and had planned to ride my age but this weekend I rode a MS charity ride of 73 miles. It was very nice and easy even though it rained at times. For my birthday I’ll come up with something special.
What a beautiful trail and congratulations on riding your age. It's the experience not the speed. Couldn't of said it better myself. Thanks for another great video and take care, Al
Hi Steve, I’m liking your videos and the bike rides your taking. A couple to consider are the Katy Trail in MO, the Natchez Trace Parkway, and the Trail of Tears. A suggestion for a video is your van set up and how you transport the bikes. God speed.
Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it. Thanks for the suggestions. I'm going to ride the Natchez Trace in the spring. Should be a great experience. I like your suggestion of a video on bike transport with my van. Also transport via airlines. I will do a video covering all aspects including my experience with Amtrak. Thanks again and have a great day, Steve
Hi Paul and thanks for your comment! Riding your age gives an amount of satisfaction. As long as we are physically able. My doctor tells me, go for it. Thanks again, Steve
Great video Steve. You are very likeable on camera and inspire many of us seasoned adults. I live in the Texas Hill Country where flat terrain is rare and I recently completed a 73 mile ride for my 73 rd birthday. Never let your age keep you from achieving your goals. As they say in Italian, "Tutto é meglio quando sei in bici" -- Everything is better when you're on a bike"
Hi Ron and thank you for sharing your comment! I appreciate you. I saw your video of your Portofino bike it, looks amazing. Keep those pedals turning! Thanks again, Steve
Just wanted to say that your information is very basic but highly informative I am 67 and still push myself either my Canyon gravel bike or my Peloton when I want to not ride the road.if thought I was a semi pro rider your videos show me I have , God willing, plenty of years left.may I ask what your average heart rate is when you're riding? I know that's an ambiguous question but just curious as your rate. I never thought I'd see this age as most of us never think of aging when we are in our 30s,but I am blessed to be able to enjoy our passions! Thanks 4 inspiring us older people as I feel sorry for the people slowly wither away watching TV and doing nothing! Stay safe my friend and understand the incredible number of people that are inspired by you!! And yes I absolutely subscribed 😀
Hi Darrel, first I'd like to say that I checked out your channel and have your playlist playing in the background. Deep Purple makes me type faster with less mistakes. Thank you! I am moved by your comments. My heart rate is around 135 when I'm biking without a lot of exertion. At rest (usually at night) it goes down to 60-65. During sleep my watch tells me it hovers around 45-50. My doctor says it's good. So true about how we think when we're in our 30's. I never thought I get old AND I acted like I would live forever. Never thought about the consequences of sun exposure. Now I'm paying for it. Had two small tumors cut off my face and one larger off my shoulder this week. Needles to say, I'm not too active this week. Sunscreen has been an important part of my routine over the past 20 years. But the damage was done in my younger years. Maybe I'll make a video about the importance of covering up while cycling. Be back in the saddle soon! Thanks again for your kind words... You are a true champion. Take care of yourself, Steve
Thank u Steve for taking the time to respond to my text. I would consider it an honor to be able to ride with you and exchange notes from what we've learned as we grew up riding a bike. Our experiences can be so valuable to so many cyclists!
Indeed, after losing my loved brother last year I’ve had 15 months of illness to endure but lots of good memories of him. Never a harsh word between us in 59 years, I guess I’ll take that 👍
John, you are so fortunate to have had such a wonderful relationship with your brother. We are all here for such a very short time. The positive memories are precious and carry us through our journey. Thank you for sharing your situation. All the best, Steve
A lot of good advice on low gears, water intake, eating and, the most important, enjoy what you are doing. You are a success in retirement. I was amazed you are riding one of my favorite trails in CT. I do long and short rides on the very same trail ... did you see any bears? . I’m 74 and used the bike in my working life as a therapist and now use it as a physical therapist. Keep riding and enjoy !!
Great advice,I sometimes ride in to much of a hurry but I will adopt your attitude by taking it easy & spinning out a lower gear, thanks for a great video, all the best,Colin P,UK.👍
Steve, thanks for the video! Turning 70 October 2nd and doing my birthday ride then. I will be riding the Withlacooche trail in Florida. Each year it doesn't get harder it gets more enjoyable. Keep the videos coming.
Im 72 also 12 mph ...19.3 km per, in Canada, an average i rarely match on a short road ride, my max this year was 75 kil, with camping gear, 47 miles. 72 miles is a lot! Beautiful bike path
Lovely video Steve, thanks for sharing with us. I had never thought of riding my age, but I certainly intend to now. You are an inspiration friend. I regularly ride fifty miles so riding my age (74) is not so big a step up Thanks again Steve
Whooo hooo, Steve! Happy early birthday! I am riding a century ride next Sat. and will count that as my age ride for my b-day next month. I am not 100 (although some days I feel it), so I will have mileage left over!
Thank you Elizabeth! Enjoy your century ride. Maybe you can bank the excess mileage and apply it to your rides when you turn 100. Might be cheating though. Anyway, have a great day and ride on, Steve
You are truly an inspiration. Every time I watch your adventures I feel the push to do more with my bike. Keep up the good work. God bless you and your family. If you are ever in Rhode Island for a ride let me know!
Great work!!!! Also my neighbor he's 72 got a new bike on the end of May He's already in mid Sept got 1500 miles hoping to complete 2000 Mil by mid october, That's Amazing accomplishments makes me thinking how the alderly people are much better fit to day than any other years. Congratulation to you Both!!
@@steveretiredandcycling Thank You - Ever have the idea somebody up there is trying to tell you something? I noted a glimmer off to the side of the bike path today. I checked it out. It was a Camelbak water bottle. I guess I'll stay hydrated.
Fabulous Steve. You are such an inspiration!!! Thanks for introducing me to the Cycling over sixty podcast. I binged on it while driving to Maine today from nj. Excellent content as well. Thanks again.
I am 74 and for me to ride about 100km would take about 5 hrs on flat terrain. However I live in Ottawa Canada which has many cycle paths many of which have long climbs. So I settle for cycling 2 hrs trying to keep above 20km/hrs.
I just rode this the other day ( the southern section in Southington). Now, I didn’t QUITE ride my age, but one day I will!! You’re an inspiration!! Hey, are they planning on connecting those sections, I saw the new section. That would be the bomb- ride from New Haven to Massachusetts!!
Hi Amy, I hope all is well with you. They are planning to connect the trails. I think it will happen next year. All the updates should be on the East Coast Greenway website. Can't wait. Take care, Steve
A couple of weeks prior to my 70th birthday I rode 116km (72 mi). It was very cold and wet, my bones felt it. I will soon be 71, but this year I will be riding to my metric age rather than imperial.
Bike paths are so relaxing and enjoyable on your journey…makes cycling easier for me 🚴♀️..Good job,I’m 65 and will certainly attempt this towards the end of my riding season 🚴♀️🚴♀️🚴♀️👍
Only 66 so not quite to the heights you are, but did 300 miles over 5 days down the Mississippi River (and the bluffs along much of the river are not flat...there were some doozies).
Love this idea. I am 61 and did 45 the other day, what’s another 15. Lol. I’m a January baby but need the summer to get my mileage up. October 1st I’m going to ride my age and will keep you posted. - Barb
I tried to ride my age yesterday, I was supposed to ride 69 miles, but I ran out of goo gels and cliff bars and ran out energy at 60.5 and could not go any further, completely bonked. I’ll give it a try next week.
Hi Antonio and thanks for your comment! What helps me is to take it slow and use lower gears than on a normal ride. I keep my cadence up around 70-80 RPM's and if there's a hill that requires too much effort, I walk it. At least a bottle of water per hour which requires frequent breaks. Lots of food carried in a pannier or small backpack. You will make it! Thanks, Steve
Setting goals of 60 to 80 miles a day? Over 70 years old? If I did that, I'd be sick of riding by summer's end. It's not the distance that's important, it's the enjoyment factor. You won't be doing it for long if you don't enjoy it.
Well done, sir. I was equally impressed by the rubbish (trash) free cycle route, which looked in very good condition. Sadly, here in the UK, cycle routes are often litter strewn in amongst the leaves, tree routes, and broken glass. Once built, they are often neglected.
Hi Roger and thanks for your comment. Our trails would suffer too if not for local volunteer groups piking up the trash left by others. Thanks again, Steve
This trail looks a lot like the Farmington River trail in CT., an upscale area. If the trail went thru Hartford, you'd be riding over garbage and bullet casings and getting robbed.
I look forward to my birthday ride in September the most. I'll be 60 this year, but unfortunately, I had my knee operated on four weeks ago, so the birthday ride will have to wait.
Hi Cam and thanks for your comment! It was a great day for a ride. We're in Colorado today and heading for a week in the Moab area. Hope all is well, Steve
Love your greenway trail! You’re lucky your greenway trails haven’t turned into homeless camps as they have in Oregon. We can’t ride through ours anymore - too dangerous. We have to ride the roads. I’m 70 but am pretty sore after 25 miles let alone 70 which I’ve never tried. I have a good saddle, 70-90 cadence, clip ins, & good bike fit. I don’t know if maybe it takes months of riding to become conditioned to higher miles?
Hi there and thanks for your comment. Our governments have failed us allowing homeless camps in public spaces meant for recreation. These poor people should be treated with respect and housed elsewhere. That’s government for you! Mostly finger pointing and no solutions. Good to hear you’re riding a lot. It did take years of riding to build up the stamina. However riding with low gears and taking it slow is the key for me. Thanks and have a great day, Steve
Hi again and good to hear from you. 82 miles and a century more than count unless you are 101 years of age. You guys are awesome. Have a great day, Steve
Hi Kirk and thanks for your comment! Great you can put in the klm's each week. I bought the Pacifica because of the lay-flat seats. Love it and can't think of the last time the seats were up. Perfect for easy bike transport. Thanks again and all the best, Steve
I am a 69 year old New Yorker. Avid biker. Over the last 7 weeks I have done a 75, an 88, a 90 and a 102 mile bike ride. New York is so great for cycling. Bridges, parks, neighborhoods, traffic and assorted hustle and bustle that make every ride exciting. Each trip takes me over at least 5 beautiful bridges. Never a dull moment. I don't know how I would fare with just miles and miles of monotonous roadways - although I did do a round trip from Fort Lauderdale to Key West back in 2008 (360 miles total!) All of that and I never spent more than $650 on a bike in my life! I have 3 bikes. Love them all.
Hi Eugene and thanks for sharing your experience! NYC is a great cycling city. So much going it's hard to be bored. Last year I rode the length of the Hudson river trail on my way from Plattsburgh to Battery Park. A very nice ride. Thanks again and have a great day, Steve
I did the 5 Boro tour in 2005. And then went down 2nd, across Houston and then up 6th to 53 and the hotel, emulating bike messengers. See Locas Brunolle, NYC messengers, 2008. Now at 82, I just picked up a '22 LOOK 795 on ebay for the road from a NJ shop. I'll do the D.C. to Pgh tour on my '85 Bridgestone T700 next spring.
Cool looks pretty flat... at 67 I could do the plains of the Midwest for example. I know this north east 😊 must have some grades but the hills in the Piedmont, let alone the mountains much tougher...
Nice video, Steve. One thing that is clear to me is that we need to stay active and positive at the same time. And you are the best example of "ride your age." great title. You sure are inspiring. Thank you again.
I’m 82 and ride 50 miles a week, half road, half gravel in eastern Kansas with the local bicycle club. I’m a lifetime rider.
Hi Fred and thanks for your comment! Have a great day, Steve
My brother and I ran out of Atchison in the 60's.

You are amazing, as always. This was fun and inspirational. I’m your age exactly. Keep cycling and posting about your rides Steve! 👏🏻👏🏻❤
Thanks, I appreciate you!
Truly a beautiful ride Steve. Good on ya kid, I am 79.
Hi there and thanks for your comment! I appreciate it. Take care, Steve
First I’ve ever heard “ride your age.” Good idea though and at 68 a worthy goal. Darlington, South Carolina
Hi William and thanks for your comment. Iy is a worthy goal. Take care, Steve
Steve NEVER 're-tired'. Only his clinchers do! Ride my boy, RIDE!🚴 Greetings from the Caribbean islands!🏖🏝⛱
Hi there and thanks for your comment. I appreciate you! Thanks again, Steve
Hi again and thanks for your comment. Love the trail. Didn't see any bears this time. Have a great day, Steve
Great advice,I sometimes ride in to much of a hurry but I will adopt your attitude by taking it easy & spinning out a lower gear, thanks for a great video, all the best,Colin P,UK.👍
Hi Colin and thanks for watching! The older I get, the more I use a high cadence. Thanks again, Steve
Good day, Sir! Solo senior biker here from Philippines. Safe ride/vlogging! Keep us inspired! GOD Bless!
Hi Joseph and thanks so much for your comment. I wish you all the best, Steve
Steve, thanks for the video! Turning 70 October 2nd and doing my birthday ride then. I will be riding the Withlacooche trail in Florida. Each year it doesn't get harder it gets more enjoyable. Keep the videos coming.
Thanks for your encouraging comment. I appreciate you. Good luck on your ride!
Steve, Great video! I'm 71 and do it every year. I ride the same trail's on my day. I live in ct.
Hi Frank and thanks for sharing. It's a great trail and close to home. Soon we will enjoy the fall colors. Have a great day, Steve
That is a beautiful trail. Wish I'd known about the "ride your age thing" when I was in my twenties, haha.
Would have been a little easier then. Thanks for your comment, Steve
What a great way to spend a day out. A stunning trail, Well done .
Yes it was! Thanks for your comment
Im 72 also 12 mph ...19.3 km per, in Canada, an average i rarely match on a short road ride, my max this year was 75 kil, with camping gear, 47 miles. 72 miles is a lot! Beautiful bike path
Hi there and thanks for your comment! I appreciate it. Sounds like you have a great routine. Take care, Steve
Thats a great path. Lovely weather. Fantastic ride!
Many thanks!
Lovely video Steve, thanks for sharing with us. I had never thought of riding my age, but I certainly intend to now. You are an inspiration friend. I regularly ride fifty miles so riding my age (74) is not so big a step up Thanks again Steve
Thanks Rob. Have a great day, Steve
You’re definitely showing us how it’s done Steve. One day I’d love to ride with you.
Hi Andy and thanks for your comment. That would be great!
Thanks for another inspiring video, Steve. Enjoy your youthful spirit. I'm just 2 years behind you.
Thanks James!
You are truly an inspiration. Every time I watch your adventures I feel the push to do more with my bike. Keep up the good work. God bless you and your family. If you are ever in Rhode Island for a ride let me know!
Hi Jose and thnk you for your comment! I appreciate you. Take care, Steve
Great!
Thanks!
Yep, your tips are great.
Glad you like them! It was a nice ride.
Thanks Harry, I appreciate you!
I didn't know about water and cramps. That was some very good information. I'll start with the age thing in kilometers first.
Hi Daniel and thanks for your comment. Starting slow is always a good idea. Keeping hydrated is so important. Thanks again, Steve
@@steveretiredandcycling Thank You - Ever have the idea somebody up there is trying to tell you something? I noted a glimmer off to the side of the bike path today. I checked it out. It was a Camelbak water bottle. I guess I'll stay hydrated.
Beautiful route! You’re lucky to have such great trails.
Yes it is such a nice route. Thanks for your comment
Fabulous Steve. You are such an inspiration!!! Thanks for introducing me to the Cycling over sixty podcast. I binged on it while driving to Maine today from nj. Excellent content as well.
Thanks again.
Hi Mario and thanks for your comment! That podcast is really great. Take care, Steve
Damn!! I needed this, Thank You 🙏 😊
You're welcome! Thanks for watching! All the best, Steve
Love your videos, you are an inspiration. Thank you
Thanks Dave!
I am 74 and for me to ride about 100km would take about 5 hrs on flat terrain. However I live in Ottawa Canada which has many cycle paths many of which have long climbs. So I settle for cycling 2 hrs trying to keep above 20km/hrs.
Well done, young man. Most excellent 😊😊😊
Thank you kindly!
You're an inspiration. I'll try that .. I like the remembering at various ages idea.
Thanks for watching!
I’m 74 and usually ride about 180 miles a week in the winter it’s indoors on zwift or kinomap
Hi Mike, sounds good! Take care, Steve
Nice acoustic guitar intro music.
Thanks for your comment, Steve
Great tip to remember past good times steve, ill have to try that
Hi John, looking back can be a good thing sometimes
Amazing Steve.....I'm 76 and probably couldn't come close even with my electric bike. In all fairness though, I've never given it a try.....
Hi Joe and thanks for your comment. I find that going at a slow steady pace helps. Take care, Steve
@@steveretiredandcycling I think I can bike half my age for a start. Thanks for your inspiration
A couple of weeks prior to my 70th birthday I rode 116km (72 mi). It was very cold and wet, my bones felt it.
I will soon be 71, but this year I will be riding to my metric age rather than imperial.
That's Great Johan! Thanks for sharing your comment. All the best, Steve
Bike paths are so relaxing and enjoyable on your journey…makes cycling easier for me 🚴♀️..Good job,I’m 65 and will certainly attempt this towards the end of my riding season 🚴♀️🚴♀️🚴♀️👍
Thanks for watching. Have a great day, Steve
You're a fantastic inspiration!
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Love to watch your Videos.
Glad you like them! Thank you
Awesome vid!! My favorite trail. Hopefully I'll get to see you around one day!
Thanks James, see you on the trail someday!
Well done!
Thanks for watching!
Only 66 so not quite to the heights you are, but did 300 miles over 5 days down the Mississippi River (and the bluffs along much of the river are not flat...there were some doozies).
Hey Robert and thanks for your comment. Good work.Take care, Steve
Love this idea. I am 61 and did 45 the other day, what’s another 15. Lol. I’m a January baby but need the summer to get my mileage up. October 1st I’m going to ride my age and will keep you posted. - Barb
Hi Barb! Hope all is well. Riding another 15 just depends on how much time you have for the ride, not to mention having enough water. Take care, Steve
@@steveretiredandcycling all the time in the world as I too am retired. 😊 I will keep you posted
Yes, if its not fun don't bother. I'm still having fun and the time to do long relaxing rides.
😅I find you and your wife such inspirations.
Hi Susan and thank you for your comment. We are also inspired by people like you. Have a great weekend, Steve
Love this video! I switched to km now that I am 81. That is about 50 miles. I ride a fat tire bike on gravel trails so I am sort of slow. :)
Hi there and thanks for your comment! 50 miles on a fat tire bike is great. Take care, Steve
I look forward to my birthday ride in September the most. I'll be 60 this year, but unfortunately, I had my knee operated on four weeks ago, so the birthday ride will have to wait.
Hope your knees heals quickly. You'll be back in the saddle soon.
Coincidentally, I rode my age yesterday on my Priority 600. 7 hours in the saddle for 70 miles.
That’s great David. Thanks for sharing! Have a great day, Steve
Awesome 🚲👍👍
Thanks Todd!
Beautiful day for a ride Steve. Enjoy buddy! Cam
👍🚲
🚴♂Right, I've enjoyed down hill riding, on paved streets. Pump Track, sure, jump? Not yet. someday maybe, but not just yet.
My husband and I are 62 and 63 and we just did an 82 mi ride this week. Planning to do a century next weekend. Does that count? 😂
Hi again and good to hear from you. 82 miles and a century more than count unless you are 101 years of age. You guys are awesome. Have a great day, Steve
0:58 Only Steve can exploit the Right to pass on the Left without quantum physics!
It's not the speed. It's the experience.
100%.
It is all about the experience. I'm not in a hurry to watch life go buy. Thanks for your comment! Steve
Hey Bud, good on you, I 'm 70 & also try to get my 60 klm ride in each week. Just wanted to know the SUV your driving , looks perfect for carry bikes
@@steveretiredandcycling Very impressive ride! Let us pedal well into our 80's! be safe out there!
Im a November baby too 🎉
November 8th for me
Nice video, Steve.
One thing that is clear to me is that we need to stay active and positive at the same time. And you are the best example of "ride your age." great title.
You sure are inspiring.
Thank you again.
Hi Werner and great to hear from you! I hope all is well with you and your family. Thanks again for your nice comment. Take care, Steve
That looks like the Farmington canal, did you start in Hamden?
No, I started in Collinsville and rode east then north on the Farmington canal trail through Avon north to Massachusetts
