i was wondering about that, but what is the difference between final drive ratio and axle ratio? Is the final drive ratio just to help interpret the input pulses from the ECM to the TCM? It looks like the axle ratio is needed so the TCM knows the output speed sensor in relation to vehicle speed
This video was of a A50 GM TCM. ATS now uses the newer 2018+ T87A TCMs in their Allison conversions. I am currently running a T87A using a factory GM calibration from a 2018 Duramax with a L5P. You will need to use HP Tuners to tune the newer TCMs.
