Never thought I’d see my city newspaper on EMKAY of all places! For those not living in the Triad area of NC wondering what happened, a family went tubing down the Dan River. Not wearing life vests, they ignored both exit points and posted signs warning of an upcoming dam belonging to the local power company, Duke Energy. The family went over an 8.5ft fall into turbulent rapids and were found the next day by a DE employee. Four passed in the accident and were recovered (including the boy in the headline), four survived, and one is still missing as far as I can tell. Not much has been reported in the way of updates since the initial accident last July.

I think that incorrect way up is indicating which side shouldn't be facing up, since there's one of both perspectives on each box. So lying on their side is perfectly fine.
