The fact that he's a renowned world Michelin chef and still wants to learn, especially from local recipes amazes me. So much respect. Some people may say it's just for television and entertainment but I really do believe he does want to learn.

different environments trigger different sides of him.

now he's in the middle of a peaceful nature in a position where he's learning from someone, obviously he's not gonna get pissed.
