    Is there a video where you do one as an example, sir?

      I don’t know if I have any videos like that. I have a bunch of videos where I do analysis. Don’t remember if I have one specifically for zero money down the hill. And if I don’t, I will consider doing that in the near future.

    Hi Leo, Im looking into a ecommerce packaged food business that has been up and running for a few years. I am still waiting for detailed numbers but the cash flow numbers are 113,000, the gross revenue 363,000 and they are asking 125,000 for it which includes 2500 in inventory and equipment. They feel like they have gone as far as they want to go with it - they are a young couple with young kids. Right now I think they are running it basically on their own --making and packaging and shipping the product themselves and according the them they need to level up and just dont have the time or money (?) not sure exactly. I am looking for a small business to take me into my empty nest phase of my life. I love the product concepts - its basically for new moms. They also say they have a 60% repeat order rate. They are offering a 2 year 50,000 0% seller financing arrangement. We have a hefty 401K - my husband doesn't want to touch our savings. Any advice - what questions should I ask?

      On the surface the valuation seems very low which is a red flag. I’m always concerned when a seller is looking to just walk away with no money at the closing table. Why is that?

    Great video. As as activity military, I am looking to purchase a trucking business but need to figure out the financing. Would you advise using my TSP to come up with the down payment?

    • @LeoLandaverde
      @LeoLandaverde  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Charles, thank you very much. Appreciate the feedback. I think that should work depending on how much of a down payment you need. Typically I would budget for 10% down on the purchase price of whatever business you’re looking at? However, in order to get an SBA loan the cash flow to repay the debt comes from the business itself. What price ranges are you looking for businesses?

    • @helm0140
      @helm0140 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The range of Amazon routes and trucks are from $550k to $950k. I read somewhere that SBA loans have to be over $500k. I have research the industry now I am just looking for ways to come up with $150k down payment. (My own calculations lol)

    Question: My husband and I want to open up a Commissary due to a serious shortage of them in our area, and there are at least three closed down restaurants that we have our eyes on. Would trying to purchase or lease one of them be a good idea to start up our business? Thanks!

      Hi there, thank you so much for watching my videos. This would be considered a start up loan. There’s a possibility that he could work but I would have a lot more questions.

    How can I buy a business with no money down if I am not a us citizen

    • @LeoLandaverde
      @LeoLandaverde  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Mike, you don't have to be a US Citizen to buy a business, but you have to be a permanent resident in the US. What type of business are you interested in buying? What city and state? And what price range are you looking at?

    Hi Leo, I’m looking to buy a laundromat with a price of 260,000 and I have 0 money to put down. I have a 700+ credit score and the business has good cash flow already. I’m thinking of using an SBA loan to buy it. What do you think?

      @LeoLandaverde  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kevin, although you may be able to buy it with no money down, it would help to have 10% down. Let me know if you need an SBA lender

    • @kevingarciajr1618
      @kevingarciajr1618 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Gotcha so the best way would be to get the 90% SBA loan and get the other 10% seller financed? And yes I do

    • @LeoLandaverde
      @LeoLandaverde  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I doubt any SBA lender will let you come up with 0% down unless the business is highly profitable.

    Hiyah, I have the opportunity to purchase a very successful, well established driving school. There are two locations, and seller is willing to split them up to sell me one. I have years of experience in the business. Seller is willing to finance but wants to see me have money in the bank. Clients pay for the service up front and have two years to cash in on that service, so it also becomes quite complicated how and where to cut off her income / for me to pay my employees to provide said service that was paid for during her tenure.
    It is quite involved, and was hoping you might provide some insight or creative way to offer we go about this.
    I have zero capital btw. I understand where shes coming from; its just not realistic for me to get to 50k.
