    Hey Tyler, would you be opposed to making an in-depth video regarding what a Wholsaler can bring you? Type? class? What would a wholesaler have to do before bringing the deal to you? Due diligence checklist? Run the numbers? Using you for your calculators? Etc. etc. My apologies for the long winded question. Thank you kindly

      Not opposed at all! But it would be a short video haha - pretty much anything in East Nashville

    How are you avoiding money traps? How do you find leasors?

    • @TylerCauble
      @TylerCauble  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Just gotta stay on top of the budget and have the right professionals involved in the job. The more you know, the better you can manage money traps. I'm assuming you mean tenants, since the leasor is a landlord? There are many ways to find good tenants and we have a bunch of videos on this channel that cover that

    Hi from Australia. I love your video. I’m currently really needing some help. I grew up really poor, worked my ass off. Invested/renovated while working. First was $75k profit, next was $250k and recently $340k profit, so it’s starting to look good. My business is allowing me to work almost full time on property/real estate. Currently I’m renovating, subdividing and building on one block of land. What I really need to know is how I can kick it up a notch and get more projects on the go? So far it’s all been funded through personal mortgage through bank lending. Any input from anyone is welcomed. Thanks heaps!
    Oh and any advice on finding a good mentor?

    I'd say this video describes a real estate investor not a real estate developer. I think of developers as those who specifically build new buildings.

    What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.

      There are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy situation, but such execution is usually carried out by an investment specialist

      I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started investing. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders

      My CFA ’ANGELA LYNN SCHILLING’ , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.

    From $37K to $65K that's the minimum range of profit return every month I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.

    You are 2 decades to late with your message. Real estate fraud, squatters, high interest rates, inflation, unemployment and a rental crisis coming are all factors you don't address. Investors are all about to tank. I wouldn't pay you a dollar for coaching. The books are free in the library
