In an era where “quiet quitting” and “self-care” obsessions seem to be all the rage, there’s a huge opportunity to set yourself apart from everyone else-and it’s not as hard as you might think.
Codie Sanchez (@CodieSanchezCT) set herself apart by buying “boring businesses” and turning her venture into a multi-million dollar enterprise.
But for Codie, it’s about so much more than the money. Her simple mantra is, “question everything”, and it has given her a unique perspective on life, relationships, and happiness, which we explore here in this week’s pod.
This was a fun interview, check it out.

I have been on your TH-cam page everyday. Is my morning routine, thank you for paying the price for us.
I think the ancients maximized their time, learning about the world. We might not exist without their dedication.
First, I really want to express my deep appreciation for your podcast and the amazing content you consistently provide! Thank your for that.
However, I felt like sharing some concerns about this particular episode, where the idea of “embracing struggle“ was discussed. While I understand the intention behind this message, I believe it’s important to acknowledge that for many people, struggles aren’t simply opportunities for growth but urgent, often overwhelming realities. For families like mine, who are facing the daily challenge of paying bills and putting food on the table, it’s difficult to view these struggles through the lens of personal development or resilience.
I fully respect the value of reframing challenges as learning opportunities, but it’s crucial to remember that different socioeconomic backgrounds bring different struggles, and what may seem like a mindset issue from a more privileged position can, for others, be a matter of sheer survival. I hope in future discussions, you might consider addressing the diversity of experiences more carefully, as it would make your content feel even more inclusive and considerate of all listeners.
All the best,
Sara
It's sad how expensive it is to be poor. Now, through a lot of luck and hard work, I flipped my situation around and get rewarded and it's less expensive to live when you''re not in the red trying to make ends meet.
Don't worry about Codie, She seems like a miserable, angry, arrogant, and smug know it all.
Mark Manson is truly one of the most underrated TH-camrs. 17 and I'd wish to genuinely talk to him one day
I'm happy to know there's a 17 year old watching this. I'm 22 and I started my personal development journey at 17. I pray that God helps you through everything and may your dreams come true
@mr_deluzional thank you I hope God blesses you with everything you need to live a happy life
Same!!!
Great video thanks ❤
Amazing!
I really find her very arrogant and off-putting so while I love your podcast, i had to downvote this one and I didn''t know she started off doing something at the border and thinks money. can stop the cartels or fix the drug problem. Okay Codie, We've only been throwing money at the problem since Nixon and failing miserably.
You know what would help? More treatment, less arrests, less stigmatization, less judgment, less trying to control the uncontrollable.
Now people are dying because drugs are illegal and they think they're buying bars but its really got f in it.
Legalize it and make it safer while being ready to help the people with the disease of addiction when they're ready.
I've been to prison and there were more drugs inside than anywhere. The cops can post trophy busts every day in massive amounts but you can always go buy it the same day from another source, It does absolutely nothing,
It's a victimless crime and us creating this black market does not help the problem.
The most harmful drug for me was alcohol. I haven't drank or been arrested since 2015.
I lived in Austin and weed is illegal. There have been dealers selling weed with f in it.
She's so delusional and ignorant on this issue as a person who doesn't have this disease of alcoholism or addiction and how we are the problem.
Our history of trying to solve this problem by arresting our way out of this problem has failed over and over.
They used to have the pill mills where the opiate addicts would get their drugs and they would know how strong it was. The government shut those down and now f supply has increased because the cost of the safer pills went up so they turned to heroin to save money. And coincidentally, the amount of people dying of overdoses skyrocketed.
So sick of the ignorance surrounding the cartels and trying to fight and stop them with this antiquated mindset and way of trying to control the supply side,
Preach. I feel a lot of what she is saying is from a point of privilege and a lot of it is very "well duh" stuff.
@ she’s a smug, cringe arrogant know it slll
Total brilliant babe!
