Watching this.....as I eat dry toast and coffee.
Thanks for the uploads!!!
Freaking Andrew has the best job anywhere. Ever. Period.
The best maple sirup is from the end season, when it's darker:
The "tartar" is Kibee Nayee!! My favourite dish :)
"bieng abducted by a demented lumberjack....".....epic!!!
Drinking maple sap from the buckets - so good and addictive
Admit it's so true
Yes, the freshness of it. it's cold. Outside is mild, but you are hot because of your coat. The sun is beaming on your face. Then you drink some out of the bucket, and everything makes sense again ! Ah how i love maple sap
when i went to "au pied de cochon," they had the most amazing dessert in the world :D it was icecream with chocolate sauce and barbe a papa that tasted like maple syrup sooooooo goood. and all the food was amazing as well.. the sushi was my favorite by far :D

Finally got to visit this place March 16 2018. Food was TOTALLY different than this. Weird combinations. Nothing like you see on TV; Best part was the maple beef and maple bacon.
You can go 30 times and each time is diffrent .......I am a foodie that does travel example 5 hours drive for Buffalo wings....In Buffalo outside patio with a pitcher of beer ...Had a blast
Montreal You need a early morning start to a fresh bagel And cream cheese with salmon Or what you like. Get a thermos of hot coffee And head up to the top of Mont Royal to enjoy the view while gobbing this down ...
Swartz deli And the montreal smoked meat in a sandwich BUT get it to go That way you dont feel rushed to eat it and get out ...They will stare at you if you are not eatting ...space is costly ... Or I will travel another 3hrs north to my Aunts house But call ahead And pick up a bottle of wine And a expensive desert Because She will make a Moose tourtiere And a little side of cranberry jam And Bannock True deep French Canadian cooking with Native ties Oh and for your maple....Maple moose jerky Christmas she makes a 7 layer cake ..Maple cream, Chocolate, Carmel, butter tart rasin, Raspberry jelly, fudge, custard on layers of cake Served frozen ....They real stuff comes from grannies and aunties lol 9 hrs to get it And see some of the family ...worth it
the cabane a sucre of pied de cochon doesnt offer the orignal and so good traditional meal of cabane a sucre that so sad T_T oreille de criss, egg, bacon, lard, pancake, maple sirop, ham, sausage, beans and maple flavored bean , tire d'érable, soups and all of the hot drinks you can imagine all this is one menu free for all you just dig in as you want like a big cafeteria i looove the ambiance there so nice :D
I wasn't naming the imaginary place of Hell.
Does Andrew know that both coasts of Canada are very different from central Canada?
SOME ONE TAKE ME THERE.
Frozen syrup on a stick is not the national dish of Canada
I am so hungry right now..
at 4:20 did anyone catch a look at that giant lobster on a tray?
No maple syrup like Canadian maple syrup.
and shellfish!
i dont get how this is bizzare food this should be in man vs food theese plates are huge!!
3:33 "cabah sacra"? How the hell is he saying "cabane à sucre"?!
new hampshire also has great maple syrup - i would know because my uncle owns a sugar shack up there!
nice....
it should be the same :) NH is border of Quebec, same trees, same technics. This is insanly good!
Ha ha. Abu Elias mean "father Elias" (in most arabic countries a father is named after their eldest son), yet he pronounces it like el-ee-as. lmao.
Maple syrup is the sugar of god.Not the shitty plastic bottle fake corn syrup they sell at the grocery store. The real thing from Quebec.Everyone is doing it in a artisanal way so nobody got the same final product.See it as doing wine. The place, trees, temperatures and a lot of different other factors can change the taste of it.

8:38 "tortier"?... It's tourtière... For the "è" sound, it can pass... But for "ou"?, no, I not acceptable. It's said the same way as "oo" in "fool".
exactly im not from montreal but im from canada and the shit they sell in the bottle is no way near maple syrup
Not Just in Quebec but in northern Ontario i my self do sell the snow maple syrup for i about 50 maple trees here and there tapped using the real deal the old fashion tin pail
that's nice
For a Jewish guy he eats a lot of pork!!
thats alllllllll syrian foods not lebnan
damn your going to get sick for eating raw meat
Australia has a huge horse & camel meat sector that predominantly exports to Arab countries... western countries continue to push their own preferences & agendas upon everyone else whilst one of the most populous cultures on the globe, doesn't eat beef as they believe the creature to be sacred - but y'all still do..?!?!? When in fact, the most consumed meat on the planet is goat. 🐐
The same way you say "Hell" in lowercase, and at the end of your sentence with a question mark and an exclamation point. He's not French, and you don't speak English. Get over it, and enjoy the video.
