      Mat, do you have videos for pain in sacrum/tailbone area?
      I have been doing exercises for anterior pelvic guilt, and your weak hip muscles exercises. Feel so much better! PT never helped this much in past. However, I still have this pain around my sacrum.

      Can you explain how/if you were diagnosed with hip OA? Did they stage it? And what was the cause -- was it genetic or post-traumatic?

    Doc, for me the bending back didn’t work well. But the moment I pushed my pelvis front and body back. I heard a crack and the pain was gone. Thanks for this video. If not for this I might have been suffering for a few more days

    These are so helpful. Old rugby groin injury gives me so much grief. Going to yoga (slower classes) have really helped.

    What about sitting Indian style or lying on the bed with bottoms of feet touching? Does that stretch the groin or hips? Thanks for the easy understanding of instruction. ❤😊

    I feel a lot of tightness in my knee when doing this on the inner/under side, I think I might have a tight tendon, is that possible? If so is stretching a tendon any different? I'm just trying to understand why it's tight there because I feelit's related to my inner hip tightness. Either way, I feel like this helped! Thanks for the vid

    @Uprighthealth yo i have all the classic hip stuff you always talk about. My issues with doing the exercises is my big toe on that side has been severely damaged 10 years ago and now my toes and forefoot are completely numb. Trying to do any hip exercises putting weight on my foot doesnt hurt but never engages as it should making it hard to engage my hip muscles.
    Any ideas?

    Seams my groin/iner thigh is in pain due to extreme amount of longbording right after long winter. Even to get up was painful.
    Tried your exercises- at first didn’t feel anything, then started to change uperbody location an suddenly felt such pain. There was like from 0 to 100 in same speed as cold water becomes hot water in hotels bathroom. 5mm change made me scream like baby.
    Will do this exercise for few times and hopefully pain will parish’s

    is this safe to try with a small labral hip tear? my inflammation and pain has resurfaced after several days of poor sleep, diet, and stress. I was asymptomatic for a year up until last week.

    Wow, a disclaimer/warning to have an opinion. ANYWAYS........ We cant use couches cuz theyre too short. Thats why your not using the couch right in front of you. 😊
