Give the R1200RT a test ride if you want a more touring focused bike. Otherwise a GS got all your needs.

If it wasn't for Brexit I'd 100% be getting my next bike there. But bike + VAT + Import Duty + Registration Tax into Ireland is too much.

Read the 1 star Google reviews, very entertaining.

Thats the sort of thing I'd say 😂 You could probably get a bmw 1250gs for a good price as the new 1 has just launched.

hi joe, I've had 2 bikes from Macclesfield branch no problems at all. the world raid is on my radar as well at the end of this year, also looking at Versys 650 and I've seen a couple of videos on the Benelli trk702x, looks nice but a Chinese bike so unsure. for around £7000 it looks a lot of bike. Looking forward to more videos as well.

Interesting choices, the TRK702x looks great value for money if the engine is of a good enough standard. Loads of additional features. Having a bike that can be repaired regardless of location with very little electronic intervention is pushing me towards the T7

I've got a 1250GS & a Honda X-ADV 750. I actually have more fun on the Honda than the GS! You should try one of the Honda DCT bikes.

Hi joe. Could spend hours looking at bikes there spoilt for choice. I had ninja 650 traded it for a tiger 850 back in September can’t believe how smoothly it all went great place. World raid are awesome bikes l nearby brought one instead of the tiger 850 regret it now. 🏍👍

superbike factory / we buy any bike, sold them a couple of low mileage , immaculate bikes, hard work, tried everything they could to bump the agreed price, including saying my bike had been accident damaged because it had a scuff on one of the after market BARK BUSTER`S !....never again.

That’s not great, I didn’t get any of that when I sold mine but I’m not surprised that happens

Hello Joe, I’ve heard mixed reviews about this site, how did you get on with your bike and the warranty offer etc - Thanks Rob.

I personally thought it was a simple easy process. My KTM is a good quality bike, no issues at all

The Pan American was great on a test ride. But the minute you mention HD it’s love or hate. No objectivity at all.

    • @freedom-machines
      @freedom-machines  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

Was it? Would you recommend it as a potential replacement for the KTM?

@@freedom-machines I'm a rider who's used to basic dual-sport bikes, and recently tested a Harley-Davidson Pan America on wet clay roads and deer paths. Let me tell you, it was good!
Now, I wouldn't normally expect a touring bike like the Pan America to handle rough terrain, but it surprised me. Even though the roads were slick with clay after a rainy day, the bike performed like a champ.
      Here's what impressed me:
Drive modes: The Pan America has different modes for different riding conditions. With a simple switch, I could adjust the bike's power, traction control, and other settings to handle the slippery clay with ease. It felt like driving on pavement!
Now, I understand that riding on slippery clay, even with good equipment, still requires skill. But the Pan America's capabilities really took the edge off and made the challenging terrain much more manageable.
If you're looking for a touring bike that can handle occasional off-road adventures, the Pan America is definitely worth considering. It's more capable than you might think!
      Cheers
      Rich
