3. Booty/Glute Isolations
4. The Floor Salt Shaker

In the knees make more since but in a previous video I saw she said it start in your ankles and I felt so slow trying to do it 😂😂🤣🤣

My flesh seems too firm. I've seen skinny girls do this and their flesh jiggles. I've never been a jiggler 😫 but I'm gonna give it another shot
Omg! This is life-changing information! The jiggle always felt so hard because everyone would teach ankles instead of knees, so I’d be trying to move my ankles while keeping my feet in place and it made me tense up a lot and not jiggle all that much. Thank you for sharing the actual secret to that move!

The booty isolation is something I've been working on for years. I'm going to keep working on it. 😂I tie the last 2 moves together cuz my split ain't it.

okay try this little tip: 1. if you have a smaller booty, try twerking to faster songs. 2. if you have a medium size or larger booty try twerking to slower songs. This should help you with choosing a rhythm that fits the size of your butt. 💞

I have a little bit of booty so it should in theory be able to move, but it does NOT listen to me! Really good tutorial though, i feel like i could be able to do this the more i get used to it
My booty would NOT listen to me either in the beginning! Then one day it just started cooperating with me lol… I truly believe with repetition and consistency you will eventually get it! Don’t give up! 🫶🏾💕
