these look delicious!! I guess they'd be fine without the collagen powder🙃Wouldn't really affect the other proportions or anything?

I would be careful recommending Chia seeds as they are know to swell in the gut causing very serious problems if not allowed to grow naturally first. Before ingesting Chia seeds you should make sure they are full swelled up (so in this case maybe before freezing). Good video by the way.

What does a clock do when it is still hungry? It goes back four seconds. If I eat chia seeds will that make grass grow out of my ears?

My Mom ate prunes and still had osteoporosis, as well as osteoarthritis. So idk - I guess depends on one’s overall diet.

Do you have a chocolate energy ball that does not have seeds or nuts in it.? I have Diverticulitis and I can not eat them.

Well I was looking for recipe under the video but can't find it. However did you just sit them in redbridge r freezer for may 20/40 minutes n then place into baggie to go into freezer for up to 4months?
I am looking for a alternative for my grandson who needs the 3 omega plus for his brain! He just has a time swallowing the fish caps r tabs. I'm going to get what is needed n make this for him n let him help as well!! Sure hope it will help with him to focus!! That's his problem. He has plenty of energy but hard to focus. Oh it's been hard this year! Any suggestions would help. I just refuse to put him on stuff from a doctor office!
Thank you for sharing. I am new to your channel. I will also try these myself as I have several issues. RA lupus fibromyalgia ddd ddj n more but you get th point. Definitely no energy here.
    God bless everyone!

Depending on what device you are watching from, the recipe is below the video but you can only see it if you click the arrow to show the description. Yes I put the balls in the refrigerator and then into the freezer. That way they won't stick to each other. I am no doctor so I can't advise on whether this will help your son. What I do is try to eliminate as much white sugar as I can from my diet. Things with white flour will have the same affect as sugar. Btw, I take liquid fish oil to get my omega 3's. I will leave a link in the description so you can see it.
