Hello! I have two questions - in your online recipe on your blog, for the filling it says 50grms demerera sugar and 30grms caster sugar but here you seem to use 80 plus 80 meaning 160grms (double in total)? Should it be 80 total or 160? Also, for the filling the video comes up as 80grms butter but the blog recipe says 50g. Am a bit confused!
