I'm really glad you're enjoying to practice Kundalini with me 💞 For this pose the idea is that we want to apply a pressure to Muladhara Chakra, the root chakra, much like performing Mulabandha from the outside. So in your case you want to press the heel into the opening of the yoni (vagina) to energetically lock the energy inside. Depending on your anatomy it may be that you sit on the foot or it may be more of a leaning forward against the heel, possibly with a cushion under the buttocks.

I don't have any training in working with external influences. However I believe the mind is stronger than any external forces there are. Keep working to purify your mind and enhance your awareness and nothing will be able to exert control over you.
