    To everyone contemplating whether or not they should do this beginner workout:
    I do blogilates every single day and am by no means a beginner and yet I can tell you: this one BURNS

    I SO wish I could meet you and work out with you!! My experience at the gym was, the instructor judging me for not being flexible and not really telling me what to do to gain flexibility. Look at her, in every video she encourages you and says how it's ok if you are not able to do a certain thing at that moment, and that it will happen with time. I have been following her for past 5 months, and I am 200% more flexible than before, 1 inch away from a split. Cassey, you are the best! :)

    Oh my gosh. This workout hits hard. Don't be deceived when it says "beginner". Yup she warned us. When I woke up the next morning. My thighs are aching. I'm going to try next one of her arm workouts.

    Hey Cassey, I’ve been doing your workouts for like 6-7 years & I just wanted to say thank you for providing so many workout videos & health plans for free, it’s incredible what you do and so nice because being healthy & fit shouldn’t require lots of money but often the gyms & classes that are fun and keep you interested are super expensive.
    What you do is awesome and very generous, so thank you so much!

    I'm a professional ballet student and this is my second day trying Pilates, I've never done it before, and at the moment I'm loving it! I feel that is going to help me so much with muscle control and strengthening, maybe because most of the movements are really similar to ballet. Thank you so much Cassey!! Love from italy😘🇮🇹

    You know I’m so glad I found your channel I have a lot of sciatic pain on my back and hips., and you reminded me of Denise Austin, I’m like I miss Denise daily exercise, at 6am those were the days, and just like you, she take us thru every step, no rushing, in a calm soft voice .., it’s pretty awesome 👏 thanks 😊

      Awh haha! Honestly only strong people do pilates. Boys look at it and they’re like that’s easy. But if they let their pride down and tried it they would feel bad for undermining us! I don’t want pilates to just be known as a girls workout hehe

      @@celestereyes4606 Believe me, I learned real quick. Before quarantine, I would lift weights and run on the treadmill. Felt pretty good about myself. The first time I did one of her videos, I was more tired and sore than any workout prior. Months later, I can do most of the advanced versions of the workouts... unless they require flexibility... I have a long road ahead of me there lol.

    I'd love a how to get to a sit up video. I've been doing your calendars since 2016 and I still can't do a sit up or jack knives or even roll ups without a lot of momentum from my arms.

      Personally, it helps if I squeeze my thighs together as I sit up. Try placing a small object like a tennis ball between your knees to remind yourself to squeeze your thighs!

    Heads up users; The app is free but to see the challenges or calendar you have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee. The stand alone workout videos seem to be free though, just like on TH-cam

    hands down one of the best youtubers here, i’ve done workouts before due to insecurity’s but i gradually managed to accept my body, ive been to try pilates though becuase i’ve heard it’s enjoyable and is a great workout, now i’ve only done this once but i can tell you guys. this burns!! and i believe it will show results, great work ur a great hype woman too!

    Excellent workout!! Thank you for including the extra details on form and movement. It helped me focus on my form more than focusing on the pain lol. Also, I can't see my tablet too well and having the extra description kept me from having to get up off the floor to get a closer look at what you are doing. Which also means I didn't have to back up the video repeatedly, as I usually do. Thank you so much!

    This workout was very frustrating for me because I kept falling backwards when doing the side lying leg circles and such. I am a very thin girl, bony even in some places and I don’t know if it is a factor, but when my leg went backwards, I just couldn’t help but fall since I was kind of balancing on my hip. Any advice ?

    I'm Gunna do this workout everyday if possible and update you on the progress, and if I see changes,
    Day 1: it burned so baddd but the burn felt good and I finally finished
    Day 2: I woke up feeling so soreee but I did it today, and my legs were already sore so I felt the burn 1000 times more, my whole leg burns
