    This is a beautiful variation of the granny square, thank you. Is there a reason you've added a chain 1 in between the clusters on the side, as I don't normally chain between them?

    • @BlossomCrochet

      On my normal granny squares I don’t chain in between either, but with this particular design I just found it was needed to keep them even and square ☺️🌸

    Question from a beginner here: at 6:51 you ended the grey yarn and left a loop. Then you began the next color. Did you stitch into that grey loop as you worked the purple yarn or how do you secure that?

    • @BlossomCrochet
      @BlossomCrochet  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Kim, I’ll be totally honest, I left it like that because I’d forgotten to bring scissors into the room while I was filming 🫣 Once I had my scissors I finished it properly by chaining one and then pulling the tail through to secure and then I sew the end in.
      If you want to see what I mean more clearly then this video may help: th-cam.com/video/1YYgABMzK50/w-d-xo.html
