    Fallen Wildpeaks AT3 super quiet with an
    aggressive sidewall. They’re great in the rain, I have them on my ram! Think they have a 55k mile warranty.

    I've got the Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my JKU, 120,000 KMS/74,000 Miles. I'm getting new ones next week. I'm very happy with the performance off and on road.

    I've been running the nitto ridge grapplers and they are really quiet, now just make sure you keep them rotated properly and they will stay quiet. Im running them on a 2007 2500hd duramax and love them.

    Mine is a 4” and I took the muffler off, it made it louder at start up and low rpms. At higher rpms not much noticeable difference, except when the exhaust brake is on

    My fiancé’s dad has a 4th gen with a muffler and it’s quiet on the inside you can barely tell it’s deleted when you’re just cruising on the highway. It still sounds good when it’s idling and accelerating

    I had a 5inch straight pipe for about 2 years then wanted it quiet. Installed a muffler and never regretted. Also saw a better low end throttle response. I dont think you'll ever find a mud terrain that is quiet. I run Toyo Open Country AT's and would recommend those.

    I agree that the toyo mt is the BEST looking tire. It’s worth the small amount of noise. BUT, the ridge grappler is so quiet, it’s impressive. I switched to a 37x13.50-17 Nitto Ridge Grappler about a 1000 mi. ago and so far it’s pretty badass. I have them at 45F/35R when not towing with the Carli Pintop kit and I’m happy. Now all I hear is my “DPF back” exhaust (w/muffler). Try them out since you’ve tried all the other toyos and you’re gonna ditch them after a few thousand mi. anyways. My 2 cents. PEACE!!!

    Just put new Ridge Grapplers (35x12.50r20) on my Duramax AT4. Really like them so far but coming off of stock Wranglers so a definite upgrade. They match well with the Suspension Max stage 2 leveling kit.

    Hey Eddy, I’ve had multiple sets of ridge grapplers and loved them. Not too good in mud though. They clog up quick. Other than that it’s a good tire. Also I have a muffler on my Cummins “aftermarket” exhaust. It’s a straight through type of design from MBRP I think. It quiets it down but still has decent sound. Definitely quieter when pulling my camper on trips and sounds healthy driving around town.

    I have a 2003 5.9 with a five inch turbo back exhaust with a muffler from AFE with no cat. At first I was hesitant on buying the kit with a muffler but since I use the truck for hauling heavy loads the drone was real bad especially on long trips. Unless your going muddling just go with an all terrain or a mild hybrid tire. I recommend nitto terra grapplers or ridge grapplers. The ridge grappler is looks more aggressive but still rides smooth. But I use 37in terra grapplers on my ram 2500. The run sooo quiet and is still realy good off-road if your not going muding 👍 my last set lasted 50k miles, and that’s pulling a trailer 5 days a week

    • @slickruler2336

      Ridge grapplers are garbage. Sh@ rain traction they spit rocks like crazy made my front end feel like it was floating and barely got over 26k before they started separating. I get a goood 40k out of cooper stt pro. I tow with my truck. We have good success with the terra grapplers only complaint is the last two sets we started getting cracking when we hit half tread life. My wife’s titan is getting around 35 hopefully 40 out of the ridge grapplers and averaged around 45 -50 out of terra grapplers but my ram 2500 eats the ridge grapplers up.

    This would obviously be more expensive but you could add an electric exhaust valve so you could have it run through a muffle if you want but then if you want to have a little more fun and enjoy the sound you just flip a switch and open her up. Really common thing on gassers, not seen much with diesels.

    I like my ridge grapplers, the get good mileage, they aren't quite for say. But its less then the MT. They do good they aren't the best in mud but do ok in the Sand

      Couple tires you could look into is the new hankook dynapro mt2 or the dynapro atm. I ran 3 different sets of the atm's on 2 different trucks and never had any issues got 50k + miles on them.

      The twister made a big difference for me. It keeps the sound/volume. And takes all the drone away

    i was the one who asked about quite tires a couple videos ago! I think im gunna go with toyo at3s for my f150, i dont go in mud or sand often, my boss just got nitto ridge grapplers i have to ask how he likes them, still look like m/ts

    • @krice24
      @krice24 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I got the toyo open country at3 on my f150, I got 10 ply as I tow with the truck. One of the best tires out there, no road noises or humming, no side to side sway feel when towing, excellent traction in the yard and rainstorms. I got 5k on them so far and no wear on them.

    • @ryanrussell3893
      @ryanrussell3893 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kameron Rice sweet such good information, do you know if the 305/70/r17 is also 10 ply?

    • @krice24
      @krice24 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ryanrussell3893 yes the make them in that size in 10 ply (load range E), as well as 8 ply (load range D).

      Kameron Rice got it 👍 great price to on those toyos compared to bfg ko2

    • @krice24
      @krice24 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ryanrussell3893 I almost got the bf ko2 but my buddy had them on his f150 and the tires seemed to get more cupped on the edges and make a roaring noise at highway speeds in the cab. Also the centers of the tire seemed peak. Still a great tire but don't think it will last as long as the at3.

    Hey so I was a toyo mt guy for all my trucks and tire choice. Tell my neighbor who works at a tire shop “Tucker tire” he’s also my friend said bro I want you to try this tire it’s a 35/12.50 it’s a Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT. I have like 3,000 miles on them on my 2020 Chevy 2500 duramax. I have no complaints nice in the sand pulling my 5th wheel, nice on the highway NO noise and does great pulling my boat to the lake. But just something to think about.
