If Atturo was really concerned with the fine details on their products then they would have a better website design with information to reflect that. Coming after someone who gave them free air time to review their product is so misplaced that its not really surprising. Ive had a set of Hybrid Trail Blades and i liked them, this is kinda a PR miss and makes me reconsider buying from them again (not that they care, im sure). But your channel has helped me sift through what seems like millions of tires on the market to find whats right for me. Just ordered a set of the AT52s from Custom Offsets on a set of wheels. Keep up the good work!
If I were going to review a tire I would first contact the manufacturer and ask questions to support my presentation. Thanks for being so honest about this occurrence ..)
Bro, I’m on my second set of Atturo tires. The first set was the Trail Blade MT, 35’s on 20” wheels, they lasted 45,000 miles rotating every 5,000 loved them. Now I have the even better Trail Blade MTS in 35 x 13.50 on the same 20 x10” wheels except these tires are 12 ply. Don’t believe the big brand hype to justify their high prices. Atturo’s kick ass, very good solid tire. 😊
I feel you do a great job with your videos and your handling of this situation is perfect. It also shows that Atturo has some pride in their product that they sent so many detailed points along to you. Hopefully your future videos came pull some similar responses so we can all learn some more tire knowledge.
I ran a set of 35" Atturo Trail Blade XT on my truck for about 15,000 miles and honestly, they were not great. They were loud and developed a noticeable cupping sound fairly early in their life. Swapped to some KO2 and man, what a difference. For the price, Atturos are hard to beat, but from this point, I will just pay the extra cost.
That color dot video would be great. It seems you will have to contact each company for what the dot means because some only have a yellow dot, some bot yellow and red, and some blue. For most it means red farthest from center of tire, yellow lightest part of tire, but I've seen otherwise for few brands. Also the mark on the rims, I have only seen white dots on black steel rims, and yellow square stickers on alloy rims, but most rims don't have any markings
I have Atturo Trail Blade ATS tires on my '95 Jeep YJ. I am in New England, so we get plenty of snow and I do some light off roading and beach driving in the nice weather. They came mounted on some wheels that I bought on Marketplace., so they were not my choice. But I would buy them again or put them on my XJ. For the type of driving I do, they have been great.
i think you did a good job in that earlier vid, and the fact that they reacted the way they did is probably a good thing, shows they are on top of things and actually give a crap, also shows youre a stand up guy
Matt hermano you are right I just rented a 2022 Tacoma with these same tire and I checked the proper psi at 32psi and these tires are super loud and bumpy I would NOT recommend them what's so ever my own mother kept asking me what's that humming sound it was irritating no bueno brother you were right from the beginning
I dont see anything wrong with their response. Who wouldn't want the right information said about their product? Ive used atturo tires now for years and love them
I am trying to decide between the Atturo ATS and the Continental Terrain Contact AT in the 275 50 22 size. Can’t decide if the Continental is worth about twice as much money.
Interesting, we sell tires just north of you Matt and Yokohama have told us the exact opposite with the colors. Red dot has the highest radial force and should line up with marking on the wheel if there is one to offset it. Yellow is the lightest weight point to line up with the valve stem.
Basically you produce informational videos. People need to do more research than one video so I can't see where there is a problem. You're right, they should update their website as that would help the customer. Since it's a value tire with fewer options than a fully priced tire it makes sense their website would have less information. Right? 😆
Matt keep doing what's your doing by being honest and always giving your honest opinion I highly respect your professional opinion keep it up 💪💪💪👍👍👍✊✊✊🤘🤘🤘
Thank you for taking the time and share those videos. Very informative and helpful. I currently have the Nitto Ridge Grappler. I bought them used and had not complains, I had a good experience with them expect I had nail which I think it was cause of they are ready to get news ones. I’m still wondering if I should get the same ones or if you have any recommendation?, I have a Chevy 1500 custom And using 305/55r/20 Thanks you in advance
Arturo just acting like little BABIES! You’re right Matt they should have the information on their website which would have been very helpful to you for your review.
#5 they mean APPROVED claims. Not actual warranty/refund requests. Don't forget. 'at least they were cheap' is a factor here was well artificially keeping claims down. The lack of abality of replacement options at the same price point also leads to a 'can't afford anything else ' attitude as well. Not saying they are crap or anything like that. But just keep these things in mind.
You are 100% correct. I had a set of Treadwrights I tried. I had one come apart at 70mph towing a camper on the freeway. They only had about 4k miles on them. When I tried to warranty them, they said that tread separation wasn't covered by their warranty! This doesn't relate directly to Atturo, but the point is that a tire coming apart wouldn't be counted in a companies warranty claim percentage. Life is way too short for false economies.
My guess is this is the last time you chose to review any Atturo tire? 🤣🤣🤷🏻♂️. They pulled out 10 “ inaccuracies” in a short video which caused you to have to make a second video which was basically cuz they’re website isn’t as informative as other tire brands. Favorite comment on the original video was “It’s not the worst tire you can buy, it’s a step above that”. 🤣👍🏻.
I’ve heard nothing but bad things about the quality of Atturo tires. If they are that concerned about this video, then make a better quality tire. It ain’t that hard to fix.
When people buy a tire, they are not usually looking at the manufacturer site. They are listening to what the salesman says. They need to pay attention to what the salesman says about their product. Add more information. Most of the qualms were with legal stuff and that is important given the influence of videos. If they don't provide literature, all that we have is videos like this.
Atturo is just as guilty as every other corporation when it comes to not providing any way to get through to to the CEO directly. Not everyone is trying to complain.
The warranty number is BS. If you have ever had to do a tire warranty then you know its much easier to just replace the tires with another brand and never buy that junk tire again.
Custom offsets.... rubber bands and deep dish garbage that ruins a trucks ability to be a truck. Those guys are the clown truck kings! And I won't run anything not made in the USA, period. I run Toyo, with huge sidewalls on smalll rims, and have a real truck. I'd never buy an atturo anything. Garbage.
Auturo..... Amp.... All these cheao bramds suck. You get what u pay for. But, now some of these cheap tires are getting up there in price because they sell so many. Some times its inly a few hundred bucks now to go up to a good name brand.
Maybe if they put as much effort into the quality and production processes and product literature as they did doing damage control they’d be better off
Nothing Atturo got bent about makes any difference to any of us. Seriously, made in China or Taiwan? Who cares. They're a price point tire. They're made as cheaply as possible. That's all. So, do we get to question them on their facts and information? Like their quality and warranty issues? Of course not. They are defending themselves from a position of weakness. This is not a good look for Atturo.
Don't put up with them and their BS. Make more videos and sell tires and help people buy the correct tires. If I was you, I would drop them and save myself a bunch of headaches. Why be a shill for someone that's to laze to put the data/info on a website.
Man, if you have to do retraction videos for these people, it is not worth it. Last I checked, Singapore, Thailand, China, Malaysia is all the same...Asian. Therefore, you were close enough on that one. Better yet, tell Atturo to take their bubble gum tires back to Asia and leave you alone.
Mad props for coming back and admitting you got some stuff wrong. Thanks
It was that or get sued.
@@sarahstephens5966 Can't let the man get credit, huh?
I would trust your opinion and experience in the business more than the manufacturer. Keep up the great videos, Matt. Thanks for all you do.

Matt, please continue with the great work you’re doing. We appreciate all the information you provide.
Their butthurt speaks volumes.

Really respect your professionalism and experienced insight, Matt
I had 5 of these tires in my cart and just wanted to look at some reviews first. THIS one video just took them out of my cart!!
Always great content. Glad you corrected it. Integrity
Main takeaways; Don't assume and just facts! Good video recovery!
Thanks for the info, I mean I'll still stick with general, BF Goodrich, falken, toyo, cooper, Firestone and Goodyear over atturo
That's funny, I remember it wasn't long ago when everyone was sh*thing on fallen and toyo
Great honest review, tire manufactures should put forth more information especially new comers.
I am trying to decide between the Atturo ATS and the Continental Terrain Contact AT in the 275 50 22 size. Can’t decide if the Continental is worth about twice as much money.

Atturo Trail Blade MTS tires kick ass!! Best tires I've ever owned.

Arturo just acting like little BABIES! You’re right Matt they should have the information on their website which would have been very helpful to you for your review.
Their website sucks.
#5 they mean APPROVED claims. Not actual warranty/refund requests. Don't forget. 'at least they were cheap' is a factor here was well artificially keeping claims down. The lack of abality of replacement options at the same price point also leads to a 'can't afford anything else ' attitude as well.

at least you know of one tire company that watches people review their products
My guess is this is the last time you chose to review any Atturo tire? 🤣🤣🤷🏻♂️. Well done😊
Their response convinced me to never buy their tires. I'll stick with BFGoodrich.
Huh? Their response was fine! They corrected actual errors such as claiming they were made in China when they are not.
I'm a BFG fan, running KM3s now, but probably going back to Firestone Destination MT2s.
That was so petty of ATTURO. If I considered them before, I dont now, lol.
A perfect video - convincing me I'll never buy Atturo tires.
Why? His video had a lot of errors.
Well I see a bunch of research you did that John Q public would have done. Definitely not a you problem
Atturo tires seem to protest too much. I think I’ll stick with Falken! 😂
Thanks for the video. I can now remove Atturo from my list of tires to consider for our five vehicles and recommend to family and friends.

Who cares, Atturo AZ 850 outperforms tires double and triple the price, I’ll keep buying them
There’s reasons their tires are cheaper (value priced)
10 points that nobody gives a sh…t about.
They must be the "fancy ketchup" of Tire Manufacture's! Just go with Heinz!!
Buy a real brand name tire. Why take the chance with foreign made sub standard brands?
All of your brand tires are foreign made.
@@TTex123 Incorrect.
By doing what they did. Atturo is kinda making me not want to buy Atturo tires right now.
I was looking at Atturo tires but after this video I do not think I want to deal with them as a company
I think Arturo did them selves more harm then good.
Matt Great Review and work Mr!! 🇺🇸🗽🇺🇸 Get-R-Done
Atturo is just as guilty as every other corporation when it comes to not providing any way to get through to to the CEO directly. Not everyone is trying to complain.

Great video!
Sounds like Arturro is substandard and they hide the or lack complete description… that gives them
Wiggle room to b1tch
Talk about butt hurt! No thanks to that bunch of whiners.
Atturo makes a super duper tire
Never heard of the tire
Sounds like they are trying to put paint on a pig
Custom offsets.... rubber bands and deep dish garbage that ruins a trucks ability to be a truck. Those guys are the clown truck kings!

You did good.
I wouldn't run an Atturo tire. I associate them with a cheap tire.
Maybe if they put as much effort into the quality and production processes and product literature as they did doing damage control they’d be better off
I agree!
Ya I wouldnt buy a Taiwanese tire either...
Hello this is Atturo tire we now have a hit out on your life 🤣
ATD is a garbage company anyway. 😂
I had a buddy try the Atturo and wasn't happy with them.
It looks like a thunder at just with Atturo on the side.
They look like an American Omni tire.
Maybe you need to research more prior to making your videos. This is not the first time you had to do make a video to make corrections..
Ironically I was tempted to use a set of their tires next. Not anymore.... Atturo just convinced me I'll never buy Atturo.
Nothing Atturo got bent about makes any difference to any of us. Seriously, made in China or Taiwan? Who cares. They're a price point tire. They're made as cheaply as possible. That's all. Chyna!
Better not say value tire🤣
IS ATD A TIRE CONGLAMERATE? IS THAT WHY TIRES ARE SO FRICKING EXPENSIVE?
If you’re in northern va give Voltech Auto a call.
