Great topic. Stay away from too much ( or any ) social media and just avoid toxic people and situations. I believe that is a very good way to start. Keep up the great videos!!
I agree! We need to spin things to ourself. Henry Ford said, whether you believe you can or believe you cant, youre probably right! We gotta make the best with what god have us. Que tengas un buen dia hombre ❤
Poor self image always does seem to be influenced from outside forces a lot of the time and can send a person down their own personal rabbit hole. It's amazing how much the human mind can turn against itself from things like trauma, lies and abuse from growing up as it can turn you against yourself and make you not even see your own value. As you said it's basically programming for your mind and all these internet guru's are putting a bunch of bad things into peoples heads. It is a hard journey to overcome self image struggles, I should know haha. For me everything just clicked together one day. I decided to see my self through my own eyes rather then through those who tried to devalue me and make me not see my own true value. There is a lot of jealousy and unnecessary hatred in this world and those who spread such negativity are very weak minded individuals. The whole absolute mindset of needing the right genetics, wealth, and materials to be considered "attractive" is just stupid trash that only the weak minded follow. We are all way more then those things!
Past experiences definitely mold our thoughts. If you have gone through trauma, definitely seek help. Many people have been in a destructive path because they never got the help they needed.
@AZrakoon I crashed mentally when I was 25. I lost everything, my job, my apartment, my possessions and had to start all over from scratch. I'm 29 now and had to go through a lot of self reflection and building myself back together piece by piece. You learn a lot from your failures. My 20s have really been self-discovery period. I learned about who I am and what I want in life, and what I respect and don't respect. I have pretty much pushed out the programming of others at this point and now find happiness by pushing myself forward towards the things I truly desire. People like you are incredible! You truly speak the real truths that can allow people to free themselves from these toxic Echo Chambers and "Gurus" that you find on these platforms. As always, great job, dude!
I like these casual convos . Keep it up
Thanks, I love responding to all the comments too!
Your videos are inspiring. It takes a lot of balls to be this open on video, on the internet.
Thanks! I think all of us sane and rational folks should start speaking up, against whiners who preach victimhood
