Passed my test in Bromley first try yesterday. This video (and other Bromley test videos) really helped me to feel less nervous on the day. I had 7 minors and even stalled at one point but still passed. If you’re watching this the night before a test - you got this!
Just passed my test today with 0 minors. Your Bromley videos helped MASSIVELY!!! Because I've only had a 1 hour lesson around Bromley as I wanted a fast cancellation date (West Wickham was my planned Test centre). So thanks so much for the helpful informative videos !! Absolute legend

My advice to anyone that's nervous, talk to yourself out loud and whenever the nerves kick in just focus on something on the road and you'll be fine

had to retun to say thanks after passing with 2 minors at bromley......just to encourage someone whos going to take their test youre in the right place, just remain as calm as you can practice you hill starts if manual... practice your reverse into bay... you can do it! lots of practice! videaos like this really helped me.

I remember (years ago) when the examiner asked me to pull up on the left. I mounted the pavement BIG TIME, car made a loud noise plus it stalled….😂😩Needless to say I easily failed and i cried that day. Lol

Excellent video. The distinction between Bromley & Lewisham speeds is great to point out (local resident and never really noticed) . One correction - when you turned left into Court Road, the A20 then the A205 you were in Greenwich. Lewisham restarts on A205 once you are past Woodyates Road. Brill. Thanks.

Can't wait for mine, I'm booked to do mine at the Bromley centre in May. I live in Groove Park so it's awesome watching you taking the same roads I will be. Plus my instructor is taking me on these roads which is awesome.

Passed my test at Bromley today. Third attempt. Failed the second attempt due to nerves. To anyone reading this- keep thinking ahead. Stop thinking about what you’ve just done. Think of the next step!!

Part of my old work route home. Grove Park early morning is a nightmare for traffic! Overall this is a nice easy drive.

Many thanks for uploading this. Narrow miss @ 17:02! Shouldn't you have waited for the grey benz to clear off before emerging from the give way line? Lane indiscipline @ 20:52. You've straddled on to the right lane and not kept within the line of your own lane when turning left.
When you moved of you had to look over the shoulders and then signal. Then again to your right and move safely
The first roundabout you didn’t took the third exit why? You took the second exit prother
You took the 2nd exit not the 3rd @ 12:22. Was that a mistake on purpose? 😁
Another one @ 18:56, you shifted to neutral while you were going a bit too fast. I do this all the time but my instructor says to avoid it and stay in gear as much as possible.

You didn’t find turning right on it hard? Or getting onto it in the first place??
@@DrivingSchoolTV not really, we practised the different exits a few times to get the feel of it. I think it’s just practising judgement and timing
SAME! I didn't find it as hard, none of the exits, I thought the Catford one third exit is a NIGHTMARE

Hey Alexis! Thats probably a good thing. There's no point passing a test where you can't get a licence. You should get all the stupid things out the way so by the time you get to the real thing you absolutely ACE it! I look forward to hearing how you get on!!
Today is my test at Bromley, and I really need to pass or I'll lose my job. I've been driving for 18 years-on the opposite side of the road-and one year in the UK with my international licence. I failed two tests so far at West Wickham and Tolworth because of mirror observations. As a driver, I got used to looking at the mirrors with the side of my eyes, and it is so frustrating and distracting that I have to put on an act every time I'm turning or moving off.
That's me. Exact the same situation,18 years old licence outside the UK; failing twice; checking with just my eyes-not moving my head. I have a driving test on the 8th. I need the licence.

Hello,how long is the driving test if you don't mind and what manoeuvres are examiners asking you to do?
What happens if at 8:12 you are in the lefthand lane and realise you need to be in the right to turn right? Can you stop and indicate and wait for someone to let you in, or do you have to carry on and turn left? Thank you
Did you take a right turn on a roundabout and forget to signal right on approaching the roundabout? (First half of the drive)
Any advice I’m bringing my own car for my test, I know I need a mirror for the examiner but what proof do I need to bring that my car is insured to use for the test and the mot etc, my driving instructor isn’t being helpful
They probably want you to take their car for your test 😉. If you just bring a printout or have an email on your phone saying the car is insured that’ll be fine. They rarely ask for it! Also make sure your tyres are up to standard (1.6mm and no cuts/bulges) you don’t need proof of mot

@22:34 You go through a crossing that has an Island with Pedestrians. I had seen your video earlier, but during my practice with the instructor, he mentioned that there is a 2023 amendment where the Priority at the Island is to the Pedestrians. So, in 2023, should you stop and give way to the Pedestrians?
I've got my test scheduled for the 30th of March at Bromley (and I am not active on Instagram/Tiktok); I would love to be considered for a mock test.

The 2023 change says give way to pedestrians at junctions except roundabouts. So this island wouldn't count because it's not a junction. Hope that helps!

Bromley mainly has 30 limit which isn’t repeated, only 20/40 will be. Try this video to make it make sense!

@@DrivingSchoolTV everuthing was going fine, I was driving down this road near the roundabout and there was a van parked up and apparently I was going to fast past it and I was too close to a point the instructor had to grab the wheel

@@jasminemalik1981 good! I had a fairly easy route as well. I think bromley is usually the easier routes because sidcup has quite a variation of roads
