You look similar to me, I workout a lot and eat healthy but I bloat extremely with my hormones around my menstrual and struggle to have consistent bowel movement, I’m happy for you as long as your happy your body and I hope you feel more comfortable in it, but if your hungry try not to fast too much, drink lots of water and eat small meal portions throughout the day and maybe intensify the exercise a bit, this will raise your basal metabolic rate and you may have better digestion and nutrient absorption, I think this was a nice short term cleanse diet that is still yummy and nutritious to keep you going.

One meal a day is not crazy, you can still make it a big hearty one if you’re not trying to quickly lose weight, heaps of people do intermittent fasting and just have a bulletproof coffee in the morning and cook an amazing meal when they get home.
I did that for 6 weeks straight, it wasn’t even that bad tbh. I even wish I could continue doing it, but I have school now again so unfortunately it doesn’t work out anymore

U can add cucumber slices or/and lemons! U can also buy some zero calorie flavouring, and there's a water bottle brand that uses scent to trick U into tasting that scent:)

I’ve also read that similar fasting methods are practiced for health benefits. I believe it’s important for everyone to listen to their body and consult a professional if needed. We all have different approaches to health, and what works for one person may not work for another :)
