I like how quickly, yet thoroughly he describes and demonstrates each gadget. No time wasted opening a package, reading directions etc. Similar channels only do 2 or 3 gadgets in a 20-30 minute video. SO BORING. And most of his gadgets actually work pretty well. GREAT JOB.
People tend to dunk on tools like these as being useless and wasteful, but a lot of these seem pretty useful for people with disabilities or limited mobility. Always gotta appreciate accessible design, thank you for showcasing these tools! 💖
I really like that he’s super honest with us- actually tests the gadgets! My mom has hand issues and I’m thinking of getting a few of these for her birthday!
Glad I watched this video as a person with only 1 working arm i have to find gadgets to use in the kitchen to make it possible for me to be able to care for myself without the help of others and I've found a few things on here that are going to make my life easier now . I appreciate that greatly I'd like to confirm the electric can opener is a life saver💯% . It really is as easy to use as is looks in the video . to be honest with u dave ive been watching u since 2016 and i have noticed ur voice hasn't changed at all! u give me so much nostalgia! i have watched so many of ur videos i lost my old youtube account and i love your videos keep going dave! keep it up!
Has anyone noticed that Dave is totally obsessed with eggs?? That being said, I want one of those egg cracker gadgets! My kids love helping cook, but we all hate it when they try to crack an egg and it gets all over the place.
Dave you and my father would have gotten along famously. He loved all kinds of gadgets and was always showing me something new. He had a huge drawerful when he died. Great gadgets.
Thank you for making this video! I have a condition where my hand-eye coordination is bad, and have been afraid to retry cooking because of it. These gadgets seem really helpful for when I want to start cooking again!

I'm a sucker for any video with "gadget" in the title & enjoyed this. That said, I've seen all of these gadgets except for that tomato saw thing & there's probably a good reason for that 😳
Really enjoyed this video I am a gadget man for kitchen items and like one of the other commenters said he described it very thoroughly precisely most of all quickly great video definitely plan to get some of these items that I have seen in video thanks for the video 👍👍👍
Love that these address difficulties people with flexibility or sight. The potato masher is fabulous. I have one and don't eat mashed potatoes much, but I really want it.
We're living in modern times where everything upgraded so why not get yourself one of those cooking tools. It's very simple and effective to use. ❤❤😊 Gotta buy some
OMG at 11:26 …. When he takes the garlic slicer apart and tells us “anything trapped inside will be cut into bits” … without a doubt that would be MY finger…
Those any sharps are a blessing! My now ex job “lost” our knife sharpener and we’re to tight fisted to get us another, at Christmas on a fish counter. Coworker brought hers in and saved the bloody day!
Some of these gadgets have been around for years. I have or had some and in fact, the hand held tomatoe slicer, I've had a couple of. I've found after using a while the blades bend and get out of shape making it useless to decently cut tomatoe slices.
Best gadget I ever for slicing and dicing...CALLED A "KNIFE", and one is used in demonstration! Simple to use, clean and every household has 1 at least🤣. And doesn't take up extra space! Majority of people have fingers, using these digits braces the product for slicing! It's ingenious!
I do most of these with a knife, spoon or fork….. it’s all about practice. I bin cookin’ for 45 yrs 😂. Mind you, he just showed me how to properly use my tupperware can opener! I do like that garlic roller cutter. It’s cute. But i just cut it. I think a lot of these are great for those cooks with mobility issues with hands, wrists etc though.
The thing you used for the hardboiled eggs is the only I'd get. I like to make fried bologne and egg sandwiches but always cook them hardboiled I like their texture more then why you fry an egg.

Ok so I mean this in absolutely the most respectful way possible. Things like these gadgets may be kinda tricky to clean, but they're really useful for people with physical disabilities, little kids, and elderly people. For example, I have an issue where my hands tend to shake really bad, like all of the time, so using a sharp knife on something small while my hands are shaking isn't exactly safe. I hope that makes sense!
