Charges provisionally withdrawn against five men accused of killing two ANC leaders in Limpopo

The Polokwane High Court has withdrawn all charges against five men accused of killing two ANC leaders in the Mogalakwena municipality in Mokopane. ANC councillor, Vaaltyn Kekana and party member Ralph Kanyane were killed execution-style in 2019 in what is suspected to be politically motivated killings.
Judge George Phatudi withdrew the charges because the state was not prepared with the case.
