In honor of my RCQ win yesterday, and being in the Xmas spirit, Dylan should finally play Yisan next weekend.
Fellow Elas/Lurrus pilot here, scoured Kirby's list because was excited to see it in a game. Noticed that smothering tithe is in the list. Lurrus counts ALL permanents. Smothering tithe is an invalid card for Lurrus. Otherwise lovely games, love the content. Have been watching for years now!
I had forgot to update the deckles, but smothering tithe wasn't in the deck at the time of the game because of that reason.

only fetch lands, fellwar didnt add any mana.

It’s probably playable and will get tested but I feel it’s too early to tell.
Can someone explain the loop at the end of game 2? All I'm seeing is Animate Dead staying exiled because Relic-Warder has two separate triggers, not a continuous effect like Wotc print these days.
Animate dead brings back Relic-warden, Relic Warden etb trigger exiles Animate dead, because animate dead is no longer attached you have to sacrifice Relic-warden, ltb triggers bringing Animate Dead back to battlefield and its etb brings back Relic warden, repeat
@@insertname5195 Relic etb, AD's sac trigger and Relic ltb triggers all occur so close together, that I was seeing the ltb going on the stack before etb had resolved leaving AD permanently exiled.

It won’t! It will try to target swat instead but fizzle by the time it resolves

I didn't have an Ouphe, and I was on tour. So I wrote Ouphe on the back of a card and sleeved it, and then used a token cause it's easier to read via webcam!

At 03:13, can Dylan even change the target of Force of Will? When he puts Deflecting Swat on the stack he has to call his target, which is Force of Will. But the changing of targets does happen when Deflecting Swat resolves (at least I think so), and since it is no more on the stack and counterspells can not target themselves, Deflecting should just do nothing here, or am I understanding something wrong?
But anyways, good games, keep it up guys!
It's a bit unintuitive, but from how I understand it, you change the target to Deflecting Swat (which is legal but idk all the rules to explain it) and then force of will sees no target anymore and fizzles.
At the time that Deflecting Swat is resolving, Swat itself is on the stack. So you can choose to have force target swat, and then swat leaves the stack since it's done resolving, and then force fizzles

Krark is an awful card without Sakashima. Whoever built that deck should probably just stick to Patreoning.
