The best career advice that I learned is don’t ever attach your-self to a PERSON, a place, a company, an organization or a project. Only Attach your-self to your mission in life and your PURPOSE. That’s how you keep your power and keep your peace!

    - Change how u see failure.
    - Expose yourself to experiences; nothing is a frightening as it seems. Do it.
    - embrace chAnge (wa kind of things will yr best self have?)
    - identify a massive goal, then u shrink it and start small...
    - the advice u tell others...listen to it.
-the HARD things will be worth it. IGNORE WHATS CONFI RISE to THE occasion
    - my failures are all my fault. Passing the blame hinders your personal growth. Be painfully honest. Even about yr strength
-express yrself. DARE TO EXPRESS YRSELF
    - talk to a stranger; that tolerance will make u a more confident person
    - control yr self doubt. Step back and think, “hey why am I doubting myself?” Test the worse scenarios

U forgot to mention "lose weight". When I'm over weight, I'm very shy and ashamed and not confident at all and very depressed, when someone is talking to me, I think "they're not talking to me, they're talking to someone else" & I either don't answer at all bc I think they're talking to someone else, or I look around to see if someone else is behind me or around me .... When I lose weight, I'm very active, very happy, very energetic, very very confident and unstoppable..... But it is very very hard to lose weight.

Self-doubt isn’t good, but recognizing and comparing potential outcomes of different plans of attack, followed by plotting out a detailed master plan to approach and control a conflict or crossroads before you bite down on the impulsive and easy option is a way to use that self-doubt as a mental superpower.
Basically, just think things out objectively with logic, develop your best offensive to approach it, and have it mapped out to a tee and you will be extremely assertive and well-rounded at decision-making.
Most of all, like the video said take some time with zero distractions to learn you. All the ugly insecurities, repressed emotions and behaviors, and write them out. Recognize these weaknesses, write some life long goals out, and one swing at a time push your way to live that goal and be all that you can be.
I’m preaching because these things will change your life.

@@wesleytyler9599 Real practical tips to build confidence include doing public speaking courses, participate in group situations, avoid comparing your life with others, be assertive when needed -never say "Yes" when you want to say "No", mix with positive people, avoid watching negative social media, maintain good health and top priority is developing mental muscles with the right diet and daily meditation.

I’ve been insecure my whole life caused by childhood truama and exploitation and it has affected my job, how people perceive me, my ability to see my worth, and setting boundaries, I have been practicing confidence and I’ve faked it till I make it but it feels like inside I still don’t feel confident, comfortable, or safe. What do I do?

Even if there is your 1% fault, say sorry to yourself.
