    I liked the way you teach. Very politely and calmly, no hurry, no herogiri..😅

    Thanks for the fine points! I find using the tapering belan really difficult; it tends to make the middle thin and the Estes too thick even when I try to rock it and avoid that. The flat one seems to work much more evenly with less problems. Maybe I’m doing it wrong.
    I don’t have a gas burner so I just flip it back after cooking the second side, and they puff great, but better when I let my dough rest a bit longer.

    Hi Terrace kitchen being a girl just married before this lock down has given me ample time to learn cooking and make delicious Indian curries across south to north and viewing your channel has lot helped me in ways assuring quality of taste and maintain appreciation by my husband and households and created great name in their family they now love me a lot but without your help can't imagine it's possible .Tips and tricks through your lips have been much helpful too conceiving the dishes have been made easier for everyone else I suppose nandhini is my original name thank yo mam

    Watched a lot of roti making videos. This is the best one so far. Also thanks for the tip of covering them with cotton cloth at the end.. I always had the problem of condensation in my roti box. This helps

    A well presented roti tutorial. You don't mention what size portion of dough is being rolled out however and what diameter the dough circle is which will determine the desired thickness of the roti prior to cooking. Your rolling technique is a joy to behold. It must have taken quite a while to perfect it under your mother's direction.
