I tried this recipe and my roti’s were really nice. Ataa was non-sticky and hardly needed to flour the roti whilst cooking. The atta was incredibly easy to handle whilst making the roti. Great tips and fantastic recipe. My roti’s turned out nice and round, thin and soft ❤️

I have recently started cooking I am trying all sorts of dishes from Biryani to desserts. But making roti is probably the hardest 😅 I have tried so many times but still it's not coming out as it should.
Try cooking the roti direct on flame on the first side down and then the other side, after you have roasted both sides on the tawa. It will turn out to be even softer with the same dough.

Ruby, we also make same way soft roti, and apply ghee and sugar, and sometimes we apply fresh green chutney and sugar on it and have, try with green chutney and sugar 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Ruby, we also make same way soft roti, and apply ghee and sugar, and sometimes we apply fresh green chutney and sugar on it and have, try with green chutney and sugar 🤤🤤🤤🤤
